The doctors are wonderful. Wait time is a bit long sometimes, (thus only 4 stars instead of 5) but it's walk-in only, so you never know. My dog is very anxious and they do a great job keeping her calm. I do wish I could get an appt so I had a guaranteed time spot, but because they are so good with her, I'll continue bringing her there.

We called and called and called around to get my cat in due to some major issues after coming home from a vacation. They were able to get us in right away and had him diagnosed. The staff was very polite and knowledgeable, breaking things down to details and instructions that were easily to understand and follow! Everyone throughout the entire process of getting him diagnosed and treated was great to work with. They truly cared for him and treated him as if he were their own. Our pets are a huge part of our family and we will definitely be using them the rest of our fluffy friends. Would recommend them 100%Thank you all so much!

My puppy, who is like a baby, was being held by a preteen who dropped her on her face from about 4 feet up. I was so rattled and rushed her to this animal hospital. They had me fill out all of the paperwork while I was holding my dog. I just needed someone to look her over and tell me she was ok. She was walking, drinking, playing, wasn't acting any different than normal. I just wanted some reassurance. They made me wait for an hour and 30 min. Then they put me in a room when I was greeted by a vet tech who said "she looks fine, I'll get the doctor" and I waited another 15 minutes. I thought, if my dog was dying, she would have been dead by now...so I left. Seriously inconsiderate for a hospital. They should have a triage for injured dogs that need some immediate assistance. I would NOT recommend wasting your time here ....at this animal hospital...or wasting your money with their careless attitudes.

Extraordinarily competent and caring people. Dr. Ehlers is very dedicated, intelligent, excellent veterinarian. She provides first class care, while keeping the owner (being me) involved in the process, and allowing me to make informed decisions based not only effectiveness, but also cost. In talking with her I learned her experience ranges from caring from a lion's teeth to a new born kitten; from horses to cattle. She is extraordinarily well versed. Her care of small animals is as good as I have experienced. The rest of the entire team were professional and compassionate. Just an overall excellent choice for your pets. Really first class service and people.

Unfortunately I have to demote my review of Parkview, but would first like to say that Dr. Ehlers is fantastic, and all of the techs have been great every time I've been in the past couple of years. If I was rating them, the review is a five. She takes the time to explain my animals conditions to me and you can tell she truly cares what is best for them. However, Parkview has two doctors and Dr. Stizman is unacceptable in my opinion. We had okay experiences with him prior to the one that tipped me off, but one time he did attempt to think my dog needed to go on a regimen of allergy shots, which seemed premature since we were first trying a medicine to help with his rashes. I think it was just to get more money out of us. My cat has a benign cyst on his head. He had been seen by Dr. Ehlers multiple times and she had drained it, letting me know that it will keep getting big and I will have to come re-drain it but surgery is not necessary. So a few months ago I was in to do just that. I waited a very long time to be seen, and finally when I was up, Dr. stizman started our visit by proceeding to lecture me on the fact that 'you know we've told you to get that removed' (which was completely inaccurate because Dr. Ehlers had not). He was unable to drain much of the cyst at this visit, but did check the fluid and there was no infection. Much of the rest of the visit centered around encouraging me to just have surgery to remove the cyst, and making me feel like a bad pet mom. I was extremely disrespected and do not feel he had the best interest of my pet at heart, but rather that he just wanted money and that I was inconveniencing him by bringing my cat in to drain the cyst. The amount he quoted me for the procedure was appalling, and when I asked if bloodwork could he done today to check him, he said that would be done the day if the surgery. I had to repeatedly ask him if it was hurting my cat, if it was necessary to get the cyst removed, all with unclear answers. He said something like 'when cells change something could he going on.' Yeah, I think that can happen anywhere in your body. The only good thing about this visit was that he did not charge me since I had to wait so long. I left this visit extremely frustrated and also now worried about my cat that I scheduled an appointment with a different vet just to be sure he was okay. The results: the cyst is benign, is not harming my cat, and his bloodwork was perfect. He can have surgery to remove, but does not need it. My cat is 14, so I don't know why I would put him through an unnecessary procedure at this point in life. The bottom line: This guy needs to retire. He clearly does not care about the well being of animals anymore. It's really unfortunate that I want to continue seeing the doctor I like here but have to call and check first, so it isn't always possible. I can't in good confidence let any of my fur babies be seen by this person again after the way I was treated.

We were visiting from Michigan when our dog hurt his back from jumping off a chair. We went to Parkview hospital and saw Dr. Ehlers. She was exceptional in every way. She was thorough in her review and explanations from X-rays, injuries, and medications. Highly recommend. It's reassuring to know that we found a vet that we completely trust when we come back for future visits. If I could give a thousand star review I would. Thank you for the care you provided.

Dr. Ehlers and her team are amazing!! New to the area, I tried several different places going through painful experience after painful experience with urgent care needs or routine work. I knew that there had to be something better. And then I came here, to find this is BEYOND something better. This group and especially Dr. Ehlers are INCREDIBLE. The ability to come into the area with your pet to ease their (and my) stress, the level of intelligence for the right treatment, the patience with an anxious dog, the extra steps researching so I can travel with a dog into restrictive locations, the tremendous efforts to remove the cancer tumor which has allowed my dog to live and thrive, and so much more. This is THE place to come.

We were traveling through Nebraska. Our pup developed an eye infection. Parkview takes walk in patients. We waited only about 20 minutes, we were seen by a very compassionate team and doctor that took care of our pup so we could continue our trip. I highly recommend this Vet clinic!
