Papio Bay

This is one of my all time favorite pools. Daily pricing is reasonable for how much they offer + a little cheaper on weekdays after 5:30p. The slides are perfect for every age and they are good at keeping the line moving quickly. The diving boards are also fun! There is a separate toddler pool and a sand area for kiddos to play. I suggest taking in your own drinks + snacks.

My family bought the family pass for the summer. It's the best $250 we have spent for our youngest son. He would swim every day if we would let him. The snack bar isn't too terribly pricey for most of their items. They offer a lot of seating that's covered. We enjoy going right after work to enjoy a free hours while it isn't packed. I would love to see another slide for entertainment in the future and to stay open until after the Labor Day weekend.

Awesome spot for all ages! This pool is very large, plenty of room for kids of all ages to hang out! My son who is 13 loves the diving boards! For the little ones they have 2 slides and a baby pool. We adults enjoy the sand volleyball. Bring some snacks in a cooler if you want to save $$ they have picnic tables outside the gates!

A fun swimming pool with acitivies for the family! We enjoyed this so much. The prices are reasonable and the facilities are clean. You cannot bring in coolers or floating pool toys, but we were allowed to bring in a water bottle or two. Overall, a fun and safe place for a Summer day.

This pool is really awesome. Totally adult and kid friendly. They have 2 diving boards, two slides, tons of lounge chairs (which get swooped pretty quick), a snack stand, a toddler and younger kids water play area, and locker rooms for men, women, and a family changing area. I'm also nervous about public pools but this one is really clean with tons of lifeguards staffed. There is even a life guard walking the shallow end of the pool keeping an eye out. Another cool feature is they have 15 minute breaks for kids to rest and gives the adults a chance to catch a break from all the splashing. There are shaded areas to sit, grassy places to sit, tables to eat food at, and areas where you can sit in the sun. You aren't allowed to bring in outside food or drink but they have both there. I'm not sure if you bring water or snacks for an infant child but I'm sure they would accommodate if you asked. You should definitely check this place out if you have the opportunity! Oh yeah and everyone's individual cost is under $6 dollars. Totally worth it!

This is where EVERYONE goes to cool off during the hot summer in Sarpy County. I'm personally more of a lake guy, but this place has it all for a swimming pool. Water slides, wading pool, diving board, and a concession stand. You can sit with everyone else by the pool, but I recommend setting up camp on the hill in the shade.

My kids always have fun at Papio Bay, and we are considering buying a season pass this year. It can get to be a bit pricey if you go more than a few times, and seriously overcrowded (and full) if you get there too late - so definitely plan on being there before it opens if you want to be guaranteed entrance. The slides are a lot of fun and appeal to all ages. The smaller slide is available for parents to slide down with little ones who can't go alone, so it's great for my two year old who would otherwise be stuck at the kiddie pool - another great feature. The gated off kiddie area is great for the little ones to get out of the overcrowded big pool. I'm not sure that I like the big sand pit right next to the pool; the thought of digging wet sticky sand out of every crevice does not appeal to me, so we hit that area first before the little one gets in the pool.

Loved this place! Clean and great kids working. Plenty of lifeguards that pay attention. The pool was clean, two fun slides and two diving boards that keep kids of all ages entertained. Price is great. Can't go wrong spending a few hours there!

Had a great time at the pool today! It was clean, had two diving boards, and two slides. Had a great time laying out and catching some sun! Definitely will be back! And it was only $5.50. The only thing is I wish it was open past September 5th!
