Papillion Glass & Door

Papillion Glass installed a custom shower door for our new home. We obtained quotes from 3 local companies before purchasing any Papillion Glass came in with the best price and they were very prompt in sending someone out to quote. Install was great and the shower door is exactly what we asked for. Would recommend!

Our company has used Papillion Glass for several years. They went under a different management here in the last few months. I have been nothing but disappointed in there performance since. They had always given our company a very fair rate and Quality Quick Service. That is no longer the case. I have long waits for glass and they never wrap the glass in paper, expecting me to put this in my car with leather interior, unprotected by a paperwrapping. The final straw was when I last picked up glass they had grossly overcharged me. When I questioned it, they did refund a small portion of my money but by the time I went to use the glass it had snapped in half because it was not protected by paper. It's very unfortunate since it was a good and smooth Running Company when Punky was there and now since her grandsons took over, they price gouge and do substandard work. I did call and talk with John who sits at the front desk to explain my frustrations and he brushed me off, so, See you later; I'll never be back.

Remember when you could trust a business to be honest and do quality work...this is the place you should call when you need work done by professional tradesmen. Don't be fooled by a rainbow because we all know rainbows don't last but the work done by Papillon Glass & Door will....just rent this they are honest as the day is long and true Craftsman from and era gone by.
