Papillion Flower Patch

Absolutely perfection! I have used this florist three times, and each time, the bouquet has been beautiful. The arrangement was fresh and had great color. I hesitated to use a non-commercial florist but with Papillion Flower Patch your expectations are surpassed!

Don't believe the good reviews on PFP!I was from out of town , planning a bridal luncheon for my daughter, and someone suggested PFP. I should have read more reviews.The lady who took my order in person was very nice; I had a picture of what I wanted with an umbrella to be added to the arrangement. She repeated my order as well as gave me a price. Several days later I took to the shop glass jars and the umbrellas for the arrangements. I needed 10 and gave them 12 plus umbrellas. I even paid for delivery between 8-9 am on Saturday; it had to be that time because they had a wedding. Saturday 9:15am comes and no flowers. I called many, many times no answer at the shop. So I drive to the shop and find a person loading flowers into van. she tells me that they were to be delivered at 10:00am(wrong). She gives one arrangement and I realize that it isn't what I ordered, NO UMBRELLA in arrangement, and they've put a field weed in the arrangement (a very allergic weed). Arrangement was to be a simple one with daisies, snapdragons, baby's breath, no ferns, one umbrella, and one blue hydrangea. NOT WHAT I ORDERED and no one in charge to correct it.DO NOT USE THIS FLOWER PLACE!!!

I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers from this shop! The flowers were very fresh and colorful. They did a contactless delivery at my front door.

I helped my father order an arrangement for his girlfriend's birthday and it arrived looking like it was put together by a child. It was lopsided, very sloppily put together and not made in the right colors. We contacted 1-800-flowers to complain and this florist was supposed to do a new arrangement but never did. We had to request a refund from 1-800-Flowers. I contacted the florist themselves to voice my complaints and find out why a new arrangement wasn't delivered and I received poor customer service as well. I will never again do business with this florist.The pink one is what we ordered, the yellow one is what was received.

Wow, a close friend of mine ordered this arrangement for me for my 60th Birthday last Saturday and paid extra to have it delivered on Saturday. Does not match the description of the arrangement. My friend called and made a complaint, was told they would re-make it and deliver yesterday between 8 and 8. At 3:50 they texted him to say it had been delivered. NOPE. What a nightmare. Don't waste your $$ here!!

I have received the most beautiful and unique arrangements over the years and have loved each and every one. I highly recommend this flower shop to anyone looking for the most professional, beautiful and unique arrangements! I have never ordered from pictures but rather judge the finished arrangements, and I have yet to be disappointed. They are a 5 star business!

Received a fruit basket from work upon fathers death that probably cost $40 in fruit but they charged my work $145. Would not use them!

I use them weekly and they always do a great job. The orders are delivered on time. Every order is personalized to the family and the flowers are beautiful.

I ordered a Christmas arrangement and was sent a photo of what was received. It was nothing like I ordered. When I called and spoke to the owner Mary Beth, she acknowledged that she used last years' container and reindeer but claimed the tree looked "exactly" like the photo. She told me she was cancelling the order, tell my recipient to put the flowers outside her door as they were coming to pick them up and hung up on me. I will never order from 1800 FLOWERS again or PAPILLION FLOWER PATCH. I have posted the 2 photos for your review.

Very poor customer service. Staff does not care about their customers and was treated poorly on more than one occasion.Flowers were of poor quality and when I called, they would not change out the dead flowers received and would not give a refund. Person who answered the phone was rude, and very, very disrespectful.
