Pam's Pub & Grub

Some damn fine fried chicken is still going on here. If you're lucky you can hit it up when they serve it all-you-can-eat/buffet style--but it's not like the wack buffets like you might think, it's basically just a small set up with the chicken (sometimes ribs) mashed potatoes, 2 gravies, vegetables. Small salad bar too, with pudding (!) Like the food at a mini-family reunion, if ya put it together in a cafe. And your whole damn family Wasn't there. Unlimited drink refills which come round often from friendly waitresses. Home cookin.

Me and my girlfriend ate at Pam's pub and grub for breakfast. We had heard a lot of good things. I looked at the buffet and it was not lit up and everything looked gross but we were so hungry we did not want to wait to order off the menu. We should have ordered off the menu because that breakfast buffet was the absolute worst breakfast buffet I have ever seen or tasted. I complained to the waitress that the food was cold. The margarine did not even melt on the pancakes. I will never go back. I am almost nauseated thinking about it

Wished we had stuck with a place we knew. The food was disappointing and overpriced. Kids meals for a cheeseburger and fries was 6.99 and it didn't come with a drink. Drinks were an additional $2.50! I got 3 chicken tenders for $9.99. They came out broke up into pieces and were nothing special. Very bland. My husband got the all you can eat fried chicken and he said KFC is way better. The salad bar was very sub par. We won't be back that's for sure.

Old school fried chicken is hard to beat. They have done a couple of takeout orders for me and were spot on with the service.Sunday I need to come here and actually sitting down for a meal, and they serve three meals a day here so it shouldn't be that hard!

The chicken here is amazing. My family all ate for less than $40, which is difficult for a family of 6. Everything was great except the shoestring fries were too greasy to eat.

Great breakfast! Great service, coffee cup was continually filled. I had the veggie omelette with hash browns Nd wheat toast.

Went in for lunch on a Wednesday and they had a fried chicken dinner special for $9.99. The chicken was well seasoned and moist with a crispy skin. It also had mashed potatoes and gravy on the plate which were alright but tasted like a powdered mix. The salad bar was a good touch. All in all it was a good meal. The place was very quaint and waitress was pleasant.

Don't count on them being open when the clock says they would be...arrived at 8:30 tonite, locked up, do or says open to 9:00 pm, won't try again!

Had a decent breakfast here. I sat at the counter and had a direct view of the kitchen, which was a bit chaotic and quite messy. The staff seemed flustered during my visit and openly had disagreements. The food was decent, good scrambled eggs and potatoes, but the bacon has a weird color and grimy texture to it. Overall, the place was nice but I felt that I might catch something from the food.

Love the small town diner atmosphere and I always end up getting breakfast since they have the best hashbrowns!
