This is a hard review because on one hand they did help me but on the other it was all temporary and costly. I started my visits a year ago. Regardless of the X-rays MultiCare took my doctor had to take another set because MultiCare's were not "read" by an actual doctor. After the first few weeks I was feeling better and looked forward to my visits. The injections did nothing for me and neither did the electric therapy. Not sure that the adjustments really did either. However, the stretches they taught me still help me! Sure wish I would find the time every morning to do them. The staff were amazing and they really made the environment relaxing and fun. It's an open space with several people doing physical therapy with different therapist. This makes it very awkward when you are on all fours! But it also helped with the fun and got everyone conversing.The out of pocket cost was high and I am still paying for it! Which didn't help when I was told I needed surgery for something else, which has been put on hold until MultiCare is paid off. And I have insurance! Another negative is the fact that I experienced a horrible pain while I was in the middle of my set amount of visits. They said it was probably from using muscles that I was not use to using. While they did help fix it I was in excruciating pain for several days, barely able to walk without crying.Overall the tools they gave me help me stretch out my back and keep most of my pain away. I also toned my arms and am able to actually sit up on my own! All of which I can find in videos online, done by doctors, without spending a couple thousand dollars.

After I call numerous times in regards to attempting to get a refund for appointments I did not attend, multi care finally reaches out to me because I leave a bad review. This is a 2nd review because I am extremely disappointed in their service. I chose to do therapy on my own which I did religiously, I'm told I'll receive a refund around $3k-$4k and this was a lie. I'm told I will not be getting my money back. Do not go here. Multi care will absolutely gouge you for your money and not take you seriously as a customer. They are extremely unprofessional and not suit to be a medical center. Your questions will not be answered and if you try to call and ask about any billing, good luck getting a call back. If you choose to go here, don't pay in full to save money because you will not be receiving any of that money back if something comes up. I will continue to tell those around me to never come to this unprofessional and fake medical center. For those involved with multi care now.. I feel bad for you.

I was adjusted by Dr B today as I am a visiting chiropractor from out of town. I am very particular with my body, and I received an amazing adjustment. They have a great office with a friendly environment and staff. They have numerous therapies to help the healing process. They take insurance. I highly recommend this place and will be returning when I am back in town.

I do not have words to describe how awesome this clinic is. My daughter is five and was facing her THIRD set of tubes in her ears due to excessive fluid behind her eardrums. She had her second set of tubes and her adenoids removed in 2008, but still faced chronic ear infections. We started seeing Dr. Kurt at Papillion Chiro and happened to mention what we were facing with our little one. He started weekly adjustments and asked us for two months before we made the decision for another surgery. Since we had nothing to lose, we gave him the two months. When it was up, another visit to the ENT showed that the swelling and fluid was almost completely gone. They went from deciding surgery was a "sure thing" to requesting a follow-up three months later and putting it off. We continued treatments with Dr. Kurt at one or two a month, and by our three month follow-up at the ENT's office, the fluid was completely gone and surgery was now totally unnecessary.Dr. Kurt save my little girl from another surgery and since then, she has been healthy with no further recurring monthly ear infections. I will never go anywhere else and I trust this clinic with our entire family's needs. This office cares about each individual - we have five kiddos and we've never felt like just another number. The personal care and quality attention you'll receive at this office is absolutely unbeatable.

Some of the best people and chiropractors I know! I highly recommend them. They are extremely knowledgeable and I've received amazing help from them.

Great location. I have only dealt with Dr Kurt and he is very knowledgeable, helpful, and listens to what problems you are having. The front desk staff is always friendly and does their best to fit me in last minute.

I have been going to this great place for over two years. This is the first chiropractor I went to when I moved here and have had absolutely no reason to go elsewhere! Dr. Kurt has always answered any question I have had. He has always done his best to meet my needs. I trust him enough that I have started bringing my 14 yeast old hockey playing son to him. I soon hope to get him as the official chiropractor for our team. I have also always been pleased with all of his staff. Very professional and helpful!

The team at MultiCare Medical are top notch! Dr.'s Kurt and Tonya both care about their patients and it shows! My husband the biggest skeptic around and that will never go to a Dr of any type finally tried chiropractic as a last ditch effort to relieve his back and neck pain. As a self employed carpet cleaner for 37 years it had taken its toll on his body. Dr. Kurt and his team have helped a great deal and my husband now tells me time to see Dr. Kurt on a weekly basis. I have to smile when he asks for an appointment. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Kurt and the team at Papillion Chiropractic. The team there is friendly and treats everyone who walks in with warmth and genuine kindness. They work with my insurance, and never fail to help me adjust appointment times to fit into my schedule. Dr. Kurt goes above and beyond to take care of my chiropractic health, and even shows helpful stretches and exercises to do when traveling to keep me pain free. I am so grateful to have found Papillion Chiropractic, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a fantastic chiropractor!
