Pacific Springs Dental

I've never liked going to the dentist... actually I hated going to the dentist. I switched dentists many times because I was picky, anxious and could never find a dentist that was considerate and gentle. When I did find a decent dentist, they would tell me I need to spend thousands on unnecessary dental work, no thanks!Then, I found Pacific Springs Dental and I have been going to Dr. Beals. He is friendly, kind and considerate. He does not make you get thousands of dollars of dental work that is unnecessary. The hygienists and front desk staff are all very nice. The rooms and waiting room are all very clean and inviting. Now going to the dentist is much more tolerable!

I have terrible anxiety about going to the dentist. Yesterday I had an appointment and cannot speak highly enough about my positive experience. The hygienist Bonnie is absolutely incredible. I told her about my anxiety and she was extremely supportive. She was the most gentle hygienist I've ever had. She was very thorough but gentle and quick. Dr. Beals was equally as amazing. He asked some questions about my x-rays from another practice and then was gentle with his examination. I'm so thankful to have found an office that was so caring and compassionate. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

I'll preface this review by saying that I absolutely love going to the dentist. However, this was my first visit to Pacific Springs Dental. I was literally so excited to go and get my teeth cleaned and see what this place was all about. When you first walk in, the building is new and the decor is beautiful. The front desk staff was extremely nice and walked me through everything I needed to do as a new patient. Even though they were struggling to work with and figure out the new record keeping software and systems today when I went I thought they handled the hiccups flawlessly. The hygienist I had ( I think her name was Ashley? ) was so kind and absolutely amazing. She told me exactly what she was doing so I was alway in the loop. After she was done I saw Dr. Beals. Just like everyone else, he too, was amazing. Unlike a lot of dentists I've seen he wasn't condescending at all and actually made recommendations based on my dental needs and not based on his bottom line. So for that I saw thank you, Dr. Beals! I will absolutely be back here to see Dr. Beals and I hope I get Ashely as my hygienist every single time! Thank you both so so much for making my first appointment here easy and pain-free.

This was recommended to me by my son's Pediatric Dentist and had a long wait but it was a bad experience. I felt like the whole office had a very weird vibe. The building seemed new but equipment seemed old. My biggest complaint was my hygienist wanted to do X-rays which I did not want and was super abrasive regarding my request- she even stormed out of the suite at one point saying "well I don't know if we can see you then or clean your teeth". Someone needs to refresh her on patient autonomy and customer service. I will not be back.

Been a patient here for 17 years. I don't feel valued as a patient anymore and an looking for another dentist. Pacific Springs gives good care and has competent staff. Problem is they simply have gotten too big and patients have to wait six months plus to schedule a simple cleaning appointment. I feel like a number and no longer a valued long term patient. They obviously have too many patients and won't hire more staff so my business will go elsewhere.

I have never been more happy to write a review. Recently I had routine visit that turned out to be not so routine. Dr Franco spotted some coloration inside my cheek and although he was almost certain it wasn't anything serious, he still recommended I get it checked. He used his local connection to an oral surgeon and I had an appointment the next day. I am so happy that it turned out to be nothing serious, but even more blessed that I had a dentist who took the time to thoroughly check my teeth and my entire mouth. I can't thank Dr Franco enough for his attentiveness. He treats his patients as if they were family and you can tell that he truly cares. Thank you Dr. Franco!

I've been going to Pacific Springs since I had an accident and lost a tooth 10-years ago on a Sunday. The dentist agreed to meet me at the office and began a wonderful relationship between myself and Pacific Springs Dental. Dr. Taryn Chersire is now my dentist and between her impressive skill and the professional support staff, I have felt like I am being taken care of by family. I highly recommend Pacific Springs Dental, especially Doctor Chesire!

Dr. Beals is excellent. Very caring, considerate, and treats conservatively.
