After the 2017 June storm, our house and roof took major damage. After insurance approved the work we called One Stop based on an acquaintance who worked for them..huge mistake! Never again!! Broken windows (by the siding workers), ripped out cable from slip shot work (no cable for a week, yea that was just great), poorly wrapped window siding that are falling apart still, and a list of other items that were/are a major fail. Topping that list was the unprofessional workers who felt it necessary to cat call the neighbors daughter repeatedly (a wife and mother), ignorance clearly runs ramped with who these people hire. Think twice before you call them.

Whoever they contracted the roofing job out to did a poor job of sealing the flash point and around the furnace piping, leading to water in the attic.

Great customer service. They're the only ones I know of that offer financing and they do not charge interest. They came out and inspected everything. They have really good contractors who explain things thoroughly and in detail. I will definitely be using them again

I am planning a kitchen and bath upgrade on a rental. I plan to use higher quality materials than what is currently in the unit. Some of the renovation will be offset by a damage assessment to the tenant. Because it would not be fair for me to use an estimate for a granite counter top against the tenant when the counter top they damaged was laminate, I asked for two separate estimates. One to determine tenant damages and one for the higher-level work I would actually do.Measurements were taken at the property and I set up an appointment for the following week to review the proposal in their offices.Upon my arrival, I was informed that they would need me to sign an agreement stating I would only do the work with them before I could see either estimate. Wait...what? Apparently, they were of the assumption that I needed the lesser estimate and were attempting to use it as leverage to get me to sign an exclusive. They were asking me to commit to a project that I had not seen. I had no idea as to the scope of work, materials, timeline or cost. "Sign the agreement first"...I pointed out that had I asked for just one estimate we wouldn't be having this conversation. Had I asked for one estimate they would not require me sign an exclusivity agreement. Doesn't everyone get two or three bids before committing? I said I didn't appreciate their tactic. The employee agreed and left the room to discuss with the "owner". Upon the employees return they said the owner was unsure they could even commit to the project, bragging about some nationwide "Verizon" project. If this is true, then why invite me in to begin with? Why waste my time? Where was the owner? Something not right about this...

I have had the good fortune to use Michael Schmidt and his One Stop Shop operation on three occasions in the last six years. Michael was originally recommended to me by my insurance agent, Mike Best, of Baehler Insurance (I highly recommend) to do some gutter work for me. While inspecting my gutters, Michael's crew discovered I had undiscovered hail damage to the roof of my Ridges home, damage that had occurred while my wife and I were vacationing. My insurance company, which I had only had for less than a year, covered the damage in full. Amazing! Michael's crew replaced the roof and also replaced my small gutters with large gutters. I later sold the house and bought another in the Ridges. After about a year, I decided to replace the cedar shingles and small gutter. Again I called on Michael to do the work. When my rental house was damaged this year by hail, I again called on Michael for roof replacement, painting and miscellaneous work. In every instance, One Shop Stop has done the work professionally and with alacrity (one day to replace my last roof). The crews wasted no time and cleaned up the mess every day before leaving. Michael found things on both insurance jobs that the adjusters had missed and was able to secure a larger settlement for me. I cannot say enough good things about this company, who will always be the first one I call.
