I have asked this company twice to not post their flyers on the front door of my father's home in the Westgate neighborhood because it is an indication to a burglar that there is no one home if the flyer is not removed immediately. Each time I have followed-up with an EMAIL to the person whose name is on the flyer. My father's home was burglarized in December of 1978. There is a NO SOLICITORS sign clearly posted on the front door and has been there for many years. They need to use U S MAIL if thy want to send information regarding their company to the neighborhood.

I was beginning the process of hunting for a home in the Omaha area and came across the Berkshire Hathaway Home Services site. In order to view any listings I was forced to use my email address as a username and my cell phone as a password. After which I was spammed by Christine on my phone in the form of a text. This is an extremely disrespectful tactic. Site administrators should NEVER know their users passwords, and they should never spam them with the information they gleaned. In hind sight, it's my fault for falling into their scam. I will never do business with this company now that I know they are scamming right from the beginning. Regardless of the legality of this process, it's unethical and unacceptable.
