My experience began pleasant. The salesmen; Mike Hagstrom, helped me select a comfortable queen sized mattress that was delivered the very next day. This was wonderful however I purchased the bedding set to include mboxsprings and a bed frame. The box springs is where my story begins.... On Jully 11th the owner of the council bluffs bedding company store delivered my mattress and bedrails. The boxspring wouldn't fit up my stairs. Which wasn't a problem sonce the owner said "he has a split queen boxspring in stock and will be delivered tomorrow". With an additonal 107 dollars tacked onto the price. Now the next day comes and i do not receive a phone call and my box spring isnt here the box spring that was supposedly in stock. I call and am told the boxspring is being orderd and will be here no later than Friday. Friday the 15th rolls around and I get a call this time stating the boxspring is not here and will be here no later than the 22nd. The 22nd comes by and I still dont have a boxspring that was supposed to be here no later than the 22nd I call and now im told no later than Monday the 25th. It is monday the 25th and I have no box spring I have had no phone calls and they have my money. This is lousy management and practice of customer service while my new mattress rests on the floor of my house I've been patient and flexible to their crap services. Spend your time and money elsewhere.

The buying experience was good but I was told I would be called Monday evening to set up the delivery time. Tuesday at 5pm I was called and told they'd be there in 30 minutes. Luckily I was on my way home from work. They got there in 20 minutes, ran into the bumper of my car while backing into my driveway and didn't say anything. I called the store manager who told me to call Robert-the owner in Omaha. I left messages for Robert and about a week later he called back and said his delivery guys said there was no way they hit my car. Of course! Then he says "they said there was another big truck in your driveway when they got there" Umm no. So he said he has Travelers Insurance and his agent would be in contact with me. Then he calls a couple of days later and asks how bad the damage is. They cracked my bumper. Then he says "Well don't you live in an apartment?" I said "No I own my house and have a private driveway" again he told me he'd call Travelers. This happened in early July, 2013. I still haven't heard from Travelers and I don't know the owners last name. If anyone knows it-I'd love to turn this into Travelers.
