Friendly staff, great customer service. I have rented a few items here. Good quality equipment, that seems to be well maintained. Biggest downfall is the entrance and parking. Getting a truck and trailer backed in to load up can be a real pain in the neck.

Omaha rental service SAVED us today! Our workshop flooded with all the rain and we called to ask about a pump. We weren't sure it would work. The manager took the time to call the manufacturer to check for us and sent us home with two pieces of equipment. The water is now receding! What great customer service!! They treated us like neighbors!

We rented a basketball hoop that didn't work. The batteries fell out and we couldn't even use it. When we asked for a refund, the owner Barb said there wasn't anything she could do. We WON'T be using this company ever again.
