The price for therapy at this business is well above the level of skill of the therapist. At no point did my therapist (Veronica Olson) even scratch the surface on any of the topics I had discussed coming to therapy for. When I saw all of the education I made the mistake of assuming she would be worth the investment but she is charging well beyond her true skill level. Horrible client communication, the billing department is a pain to navigate and robbing clients of their money for services they are failing to truly provide. Disgusting.

I went for a standard well woman exam with Wendy Salado. I had recently gotten an IUD, was uneasy about an object living in my body, and asked her a few questions. Everything turned out fine (I decided to get an ultrasound which I paid for separately, just to ease my mind) but because I ASKED MY HEALTH CARE PROVIDER A QUESTION, the ANNUAL was billed as diagnostic, not wellness, and costing me $200 rather than my copay, as it should. To my face, she kept telling me it should be wellness but when the lab called her she refused to cooperate. I need a doctor that I can ask a question and not be financially penalized for it, so this is not the place for me.

I see Dr. DeVries and occasionally a Nurse Practitioner if Doc isn't available. While the office itself isn't super high-tech, I'd take the personal, customer service they provide any day over the most current state of the art technology. I previously went to Methodist where I was seen and delivered my first two children. With our third, I decided it was time for a change. I researched providers and looked for recommendations and am happy I wound up where I'm at now. Doctor DeVries is usually running a few minutes behind, but makes up for it on the back end because he is very detailed, personal and spends the time with his patients that they need. I have peace of mind actually when he is behind because I know that he's probably really helping someone else. He also describes what options are as far as labs, tests, etc., goes so that I'm not just signing up for whatever is available. He will explain the information that a certain prenatal screening will provide, what insurance will likely cover, and what a person can then do with the results. Him taking the time to educate me makes me feel like I am a decision maker in the process and not just a lab-rat getting poked by needles at every opportunity. He's receptive when I turn things down, or ask questions. The staff has always been friendly, relatable, and responsive. When I've seen a Nurse Practitioner, she's also been fabulous as well. The only thing that makes me give this a "4" star versus a "5" is because the patient rooms and ultrasound rooms are pretty small. It'd be nice if they were bigger. I would also REALLY appreciate if they could send reminder calls or texts for appointments. But those are small details. If you're looking for a great doctor, go here.

If it wouldn't cost me more in legal fees then it was worth the malpractice lawsuit I would hit you people with would be one that would close your incompetent office down permanently- If you want to go to an OB/GYN that does things properly avoid this place like a bad case of Covid

This place is absolutely horrible. The doctor talked me out of the procedure and then sent me a bill for $200 for an office visit. I called the doctor's office to make sure that this was correct and she said even though they didn't do anything this is for an office visit. I don't know how they can get by with charging people for an office visit when they didn't do the procedure. If I could rate this place as 0 I would they don't even deserve one star and their customer service is absolutely hiroshes.

Felt like it was a drive through, rush to get the patient through and concerns weren't always addressed. Bedside manners need to be worked on. Saying things that weren't appropriate. Lost confidence in their experience and ended up changing Ob doctors. Months later they still haven't given all the records to the new provider despite having all the proper paperwork to do so. Also having a LOT of issues with their billing despite giving them all the proper paperwork. They contradict themselves every other sentence and months later it's still not resolved. Their insurance person even had the audacity to yell at me and tell me that they didn't have/weren't given the information(basically calling me a liar). Yet said that they had been given it and even the date.... Incompetent and unprofessional.

The actual provider to patient care has been great when I'm in the room with the provider at the Omaha OB/GYN Associates clinic. However, during multiple visits and phone conversations (usually phone conversations), the receptionist and nurses have been extremely short and rude. Also, while I was quite happy with the care I received from my provider, she was continuously running late. I understand some patients require extra time and some run late, making the provider run over the allotted scheduled appointment times, but on one occasion, I was made to wait over an hour because my provider's last minute business lunch was scheduled during my appointment time. My provider's nurse had called me twenty minutes prior to my appointment asking if I could reschedule for a later time that afternoon, but I had already taken off work for that specified time period and had arrived early and was waiting in the waiting room. My provider apologized profusely when she arrived back to the office, stating that had been the only time she could meet with the individual she had lunch with. I feel this was a very poor example of patient centered care. Even so, I was willing to continue my care with Omaha OB/GYN Associates, but recently had another bad experience when I had to call the office with a question. I spoke with the abrupt receptionist and then was forwarded on to the nurse, who was very condescending and rude. I will no longer see anyone at this clinic, and have in fact made my next follow up appointment with a different office.
