Omaha Mudjacking & Concrete Lifting

I hired this company to lift the driveway concrete next to my garage. They no-showed, no called not once but twice. Very poor way of conducting a business.

They were supposed to mudjack my steps and walk. When i called to complain that the work was unacceptable i was told they raised as much as it would allow. Several second opinions told me that they did not even do what little they did do correctly.

Disappointed I have to rate this a 1. Had great customer service conversations with the salesman. Unfortunately we got a bid for half the price to do the same work from another company. I was told that they were more expensive due to the polyurethane instead of mud. The salesman split the difference with me, which was still more expensive. I agreed due to the fact that they could get to my house sooner than the other company. That day came and went due to rain, which is understandable. But the salesman then called me and told me he could not honor the quote he gave to me before and that it would be back to the original price due to owners orders. I understand that sometimes mistakes are made, but its bad business to not honor a quote regardless if it was done in error or not.

Cheapest bid but now I can't reach them. My parents Driveway sunk AGAIN. Get what you pay for.
