My friend referred us to this shop to work on my son's Honda pilot. Upon having his vehicle towed to this location, everything went great. John was very upfront about what was needing to be done, he provided updates, and was very reasonably priced while replacing my son's alternator. He also diagnosed a few other issues that needed to be taken care of a little bit later on, and I really appreciate that. Upon thanking me for my service, he wrote us a thank you note and gave us a lottery ticket. I highly recommend this shop, and I will definitely be back to take care of the other items needed for my son's Honda pilot.

I love this place. The people at Omaha Japanese Auto Repair are respectful and helpful and kind. I loved the costumer service and they did an excellent job on my truck. I was coming in with kiddos and they were so kind with us filling the waiting room. There were even toys to make the time pass quicker. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend them.

Once you find a mechanic you trust, you hang on to that mechanic. My family has been taking our vehicles to John for upwards of 20 years for exactly this reason. He and his team always do an excellent job. They are detailed and patient when explaining the service needed, quick to service our vehicles, and reasonable with their billing. In fact, we won't buy a used Toyota or Honda without having John give it his seal of approval first.

So I called about a repair on my Infiniti.I was rudely interrupted with the gentleman on the other end of this phone call telling me that they only work on Acura's and Hondas.And to think all this time I thought my Infiniti a Japanese car.

I've been taking my Hondas here since 2005 with the best and most rememberable service experiences from John. From unexpected thank you notes, to sound maintenance device, It's great to see an owner really care about his business and keep direct relationship with customers. I also really like how the description of service on invoices reads like a story narrative that breaks down almost every detail in an easy to understand way.He's helped me solve the most annoying noises and issues and has debunked other auto repair places recommendations for service, deferring hundreds of $$$ of unneeded expenses. I now travel out of my way to take my car here and have never received such personal and attentive service from any other car repair shop. It feels like a style of business and customer service you just don't see much and certainly don't get at major chain shops.

Took our daughter's 2008 Honda Civic in for check and repair of front engine noise. What a great experience! I had frequent, complete, detailed status updates texted and emailed to me, and the car was done sooner than I'd anticipated. They also provided a list of recommended service work for us to review and have done in the future - no high pressure sales to get everything done at once. We currently own a Honda and an Acura and will take our cars here for any future service needs! Highly recommend!!!

Demus does not know what the H**L he is talking about. I have been taking my Hondas to John for years. He is the reason I buy Hondas. John and all his crew are certified mechanics and know their cars through and through. My wife and I both have the "auto club memberships" offered by John. Includes four oil changes and deep discounts on services. When you take your car in for service you are not sold other services unless they are absolutely needed (unlike other auto place that starts with J and rhymes with Benson). For instance, John will change my oil and tell me the brakes look like they may need service in the next oil change or two. Allows me to plan for the brake job rather than having the news dropped in your lap. John is your partner in keeping your car properly maintained. It is up to you to stay on top of your vehicle's maintenance. Follow the recommended scheduled maintenance and John is there to recommend any safety or maintenance issues before they become major problems. My wife and I are grateful to John and give him the highest recommendation for services on your Honda, Acura, Toyota or Lexus.
