Everything was great! Walked in mask free and wasn't harassed. They have adopted the "wear one of you want" ideology abs I support that 100%! They were very courteous and greeted us when we came in, answered all our questions and we found our new mattress! It was delivered today (about a week after we bought it, but we live in a rural area) and the delivery guys were nice enough to actually bring it in the house so that my husband didn't have to try to move the king mattress alone. 100% satisfied!!

Had a good experience buying my hot tub. Talked to the owner about that it was for my wife and special needs son. Well when the installer came out a week later( my choice of date) he already knew about my son and that shows me that the owner took a real interest in what I said enough that he conveyed it to another person. That's customer service.

I've had my hot tub for 5 years with no mechanical issues so I find it to be very well built. I shopped hard for my tub and hit every place in town. I liked this shop because it was the only one willing to take the side panels off so I could see "under the hood". I liked the neatly organized guts of the tub, and the numerous "Made in USA" stickers I saw. I received a good deal, a professional installation which was cheerfully done on a very frigid Saturday in Dec 2013, and support since day one. To this day I stop in to get chemicals and am treated like a valued customer. I believe in supporting local businesses, and this one is top notch.
