Omaha Gymnastics Academy

I wanted to love this place, I loved the colors of the gym and how it was decorated. Customer service is extremely horrible. To the point where I couldn't take my daughter any longer. Reception is rude, money hungry, and doesn't work with their customers. First off, it costs $100 before she can even TRY a class, then if you miss one single day of the due they charge you more money. That's after they charge an arm and leg for classes. My daughter went here for a few months, when we would go I felt so uncomfortable because the staff was SO unfriendly... I'm very outgoing and love to engage and talk with people and everyone there was cold. I'll find another place for my daughter I guess. Wish this place worked out. Not to mention the gym is kind of dirty. Didn't feel clean. Really sucks because I really wanted to like this place.

We are here for a NATIONAL Gymnastics meet. This place is dirty. There was not enough seating, so the organizers had fans sitting on pads on the ground. The AC is not on and it's 90 degrees outside.
