I came in on a Friday afternoon as a walk in for 2 small chips in my windshield. I was out within half an hour, and paid $25/chip as was previously quoted to me on the phone.Excellent customer service, very reasonable price, and great service provided! I am very satisfied and will definitely refer people here!!

Have used this place a couple times, and they're exactly what they claim to be...quick, convenient and affordable. They don't seem to pull any punches or upsale.Used them for a windshield replacement, and that includes one free chip repair, which I took advantage of. I stopped in for my chip repair and was done within 45 minutes. They also looked at some vibration issues I had with the original installation and promptly fixed it.Overall, 5 stars!

Had a chip in my windshield down low that I didn't see on my company car. It started cracking so I called my company's leasing company and they set me up with these guys. They were great. They called me to ensure I'd be home, then came out and replaced the windshield. The guy was very professional and impressive. I'm very happy with these guys.

Yes!! Drove in from AZ with a pitted windshield that was starting to crack, don't have the windshield insurance for some stupid reason, but these guys appreciated my business, and got me in as quick as they could as I was just passing through. Recommend this honest, hard working business... well done guys!!

Installed my remote start in a mannerly time. I got the 2-way remote start & it has worked great for around 1/2 a month. I think it was a little expensive but it was worth it.

I had a bad knee surgery. I was going to physical therapy, water pool exercise. So I paid almost $400 for a one Way. I called over 6 times of my car starter not working. From 3 years. I haven't enjoyed the service. I paid for. I went back. They Did something to the antenna. But it's still not working right. I have to walk right up on the car. For it to start. That's ( not) what I paid for. I wanted to be warm,coming out the pool water. I feel , like I have go to Stereo West. To buy a remote car starter. I hear nothing. But good thing about their service. Do I want to pay $400 again no. Do I want to be warm ( YES!!) It's an inconvenience for me to have to keep going out there. I had a bad knee surgery.I have underlying health issues. I didn't pay. To do all that...if I can be Reimburse , So I can purchase a new one and enjoy my service. That's one of my demands. I actually was going to reach To the better business bureau complaint. But I want to see what Pro Glass can afford. For My unhappy service inconvenience. Thank you. & no I can't even start the car 50 feet from the car. I want to be like 15- 10 feet for it to start. I'm cold getting out the pool water.. I'm feel like I wasted almost $400 Stereo West has a 4way. For $425 plus tax with good quality service, from what their saying..

I was very impressed with their quick response on a quote for my windshield and the excellent and expedited service of the installation and the quality of the work was amazing. This the 3rd time I have used them and would recommend them to anyone. Kevin B.

Front desk is rude. Windshield was replaced quick waited about an hour. And replacement is fairly priced.

A lot of young people working - a couple sharp - others not so much. Tech left muddy boot prints on the door sill and on the carpet. Kind of felt like a lack of respect.
