Outstanding service, great hospitality, and excellent prices. The price was the lowest I could find in the metro area for my windshield to be replaced. I had to replace it again a few months later due to an act of vandalism and was given a discount. Quality people; quality work.

I had a $200 windshield replaced. I believe one of the roof panels was damaged while the vehicle was in their care. When I tried to discuss this with the owner he refused to acknowledge the possibility that the damage could have occurred in his shop, called me a liar, and accused me of "fishing". Now I have to eat the cost of a new roof panel ($500). Thanks!I have a signed letter from the service director and photographs taken during my service appointment 5 days prior at the dealership where I bought the vehicle stating that the damage did not exist at that time.

A few weeks ago my car was broken into in Kansas City, MO -- they shattered my front passenger's side window and ransacked my car (but only found a bag of loose change worth stealing). After a horrible experience with the KC police department and their non-empathetic staff, I had to drive back to Omaha. It was 4am and all the best I could do was a duct taped trashbag in place of my window because it was about 20 degrees outside and I had work later that day. After getting back to Omaha at around 7am, I was referred to Omaha Glass by my normal body shop. When I called, they were not yet open for business so I left a message. Within 5 minutes of opening, they returned my call and told me I could come in immediately if I wanted to.I don't have a lot of experience with automotive glass service company's. But after such a horrible night, I found the staff to be the best part of my next day. The receptionist was friendly and she did a great job of helping me to forget, even if for only a moment, about how badly the past several hours had been. The best part, however, was the job. Whoever fixed my window also vacuumed out all of glass on the floors, seats, and center console! There are still pieces of glass wedged in places that aren't easily accessible but for this, and it seemed like an extra, value-added service, I was eternally grateful.If any of you ever have to go through what I did, I highly recommend Omaha Glass. The price was extremely reasonable and the service was top-notch. The cherry on top is they're big on BlueJay athletics. I'm a BlueJay, and I liked that.

Called around a few places and Omaha Glass was cheaper. Called and made an appointment. They were very friendly and did a superb job! Will go back if I should ever have the need and will highly recommend!

Omaha glass really helped me out. They were swamped when I pulled in. Never been there before. I had a simple job of weatherstripping to do. Was in an out in by a 1/2 hr. Thanked them all as I walked out. Thanks again! Robert Curran Omaha

Don't even bother. After waiting for them for 2 weeks to come out and replace some glass they said they didn't have time and to find someone else. Thanks for wasting 2 weeks that I could of had it done.

Had my truck broken in to and a window shattered. Called Omaha Glass right when they opened. They got me in right away, cleaned up all the broken glass and I was out of there in no time.

"Any glass for any application" is what their website says - I called for a replacement of a glass panel for my fireplace. The guy on the phone said they don't carry that type of glass (weird because I thought they "have any glass for any application." Before I could ask if it could be ordered he hung up on me. I called back and he said "I told you we don't carry that glass." and hung up on me again. WTH? Anyone who would treat potential customers like this will never get my business, for anything.
