We had a referral for my son in regards to being flat footed. We had an early appointment and were seen right on schedule. From the desk staff, nurses, and doctor all were nice and professional. I was impressed with how Dr. Cullen went into the details with my son and myself and answered all of our questions.

Wonderful staff that are knowledgable and patient focused and centered. Dr Cullen is amazing and is an expertise on informing and educating his patients. I have had several health issues and he spent a lot of time talking about plan of care, better shoes for my condition and my options. He is a one of a kind MD with exceptional patient care and bedside manner.

From the moment I walked in till the moment I walked out, I was treated with kindness. You see nice and professional in Dr offices but rarely do you experience kindness. I was told some pretty rough information about my foot. It wasn't pity or matter of factly, it was caring and I felt like everyone I met cared and will do everything to help me. I highly recommend Dr Cullen and his staff.

Dr. Mike Cullen is a phenomenal Podiatrist and one of the best doctors I've ever been to. His office staff at Omaha Foot & Ankle Specialists was equally fantastic - such a breath of fresh air in a time when most medical professionals are SO rushed.I highly recommend Dr. Cullen to anyone seeking a podiatrist. He is extremely knowledgeable and will diagnose and treat your foot issues fast. He'll give you recommendations and options for treatment and the timing of them and let you make the decisions. One of the best things about Dr. Cullen is his natural ability to communicate your foot/ankle issues while showing visuals on the X-rays (using different colored pens to draw things out). If you're looking for the very best Podiatrist to see, along with the best office team of professionals around him, and a convenient location (Village Pointe), then you've found it - Dr. Cullen at the Omaha Foot and Ankle Specialists.

Only reason i would pay my bill is so i could never hear from them again, i no longer wanted to hear a man defend inappropriate behavior and complete lack of medical care. Over priced and I've never had my looks talked about more in a medical environment, wasted time to make my appt longer. Called me cute repeatedly and wasted my time by showing me shoes that "would look cute on me". Gave me a false diagnosis of a "tumor" and told me horror stories of them growing to the size of a baseball, gave me no medical help and still wanted to charge $100. It was a splinter that i removed myself, i left several messages with receptionists with no return and finally got an inappropriate call from the doctor where he attempted to interrupt and belittle me at every turn. I'm shockingly disgusted by the way this was handled.

Had a very positive experience with the doctor and his staff. He explained everything very well. Gave me a couple options as to my future care. Will definitely go back.

Fortunately, I never got in to see Dr. Cullen. I spotted him going into a backdoor into his office 45 minutes after my appointment was scheduled. His staff called in the patient ahead of me. I surmised that would have delayed my appointment by at least another half hour so I left. Reading the other YELP reviews, I see that was the right decision.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cullen's for many years and have a lot of faith in him. I have always been treated respectfully and appreciate his caring attitude. My plantar fasciitis was treated successfully without surgery and I never had any other issues with it. I have had various foot issues over the years and feel comfortable with Dr. Cullen treating my feet. I have recommended friends to see him and they have had good experiences also.

I saw Dr. Cullen for Plantar Fasciitis. I began with stretching and icing my foot. Within 5 months I was told I needed orthotics (super expensive, not covered by insurance). I received the inserts and was given no verbal advice on the use, only a paper with daily times to wear. I did go back numerous times saying they did not help and did not feel right. I was told it "takes time". After several months of using these inserts I developed a new issue in the ball of both feet. I was told surgery may be needed. I went to an orthopedic foot surgeon and was told surgery was not needed. It was the inserts that needed to change. I spent more money on inserts that changed everything. I am sorry I spent so much time and money with such poor results. Beware!

I was referred by my physician for a Plantar Fasciitis. I was given a boot to wear and a cream to use. The problem was easily resolved and I was thrilled with the treatment. What I was not thrilled with is the billing department who failed to properly bill my medical insurance. TEN MONTHS later they billed my insurance company and it was DENIED because it was not "filed timely". I spoke to the billing department a number of times and they said I signed a form agreeing to pay for the treatment if my insurance did not cover it. I said my insurance would have covered it if you had done your job so they turned me over to collections! It has negatively impacted my credit score and I have not yet paid it. I am still attempting to decide if I am going to court or not.
