Omaha Discount Laundry

This laundromat needs a makeover and new ownership. It doesn't even deserve 1 star. It is filthy and half of the machines are out of order. Some of the card readers don't work, & one machine accepted my card, but the actual machine didn't work so I am out of $5. There are people who aren't even washing clothes inside smoking cigarettes. I will never return and do not recommend this place to anyone. Also, this laundromat is in a sketchy part of town, so do not come at night.

if i could give zero stars, i would! do not come here. this place is trash, super dirty. washer said $4, slid my card & was charged $20. sketchy people walk in & leave right after too? so dirty & broken things everywhere. took my clothes out of the dryer & some wet still & smelled like piss too! terrible experience. currently at a way better laundromat

Pretty clean place. Nice helpful employees who run the commercial side. Note we were there on a Monday and the commercial side was using up most of the machines. However, the employees made room for us.

Avoid this place! Wow....where do I start. Place is filthy, looks like homeless people are using this place for shelter. Most of the machines are dirty and rusted. Don't think they've ever service any of the machines.They advertise as a dry cleaner and wash & fold. Definitely not....Run. Run fast in the opposite direction.

I realized a little too late that the hotel I was staying in had washers and dryers. I'd already made a phone call to Discount Laundry. Lori answered the phone and am I glad she did! She actually closed down the shop so she could drive over and pick up my dirty clothes! While she was off working her magic on my clothes, one of my classmates/coworkers walked down to drop her clothes off. Lori was so cool, she told my classmate that she'd bring her stuff back with mine. The service was fast, the clothes were clean, pressed, folded, and what needed to be hung was hung on hangers and delivered all before 5:00 PM! I didn't even call until after noon! $1.50/lb with a 10 lb minimum. Yes kids, that's $15. But it was worth every penny. I gave Lori $20 to help with gas. Yes, I could've easily stood in front of the washer and dryer at the hotel, waited and waited, taken time out of my day to save a few bucks, but I wouldn't have done as good a job as Lori did! Next time I'm in Omaha as long as I was this time, I'll be using their services again.

I made use of their laundry service, Dropping my laundry off at lunch and picking it up later that same evening. They did a great job. I found them very accommodating.

Wonderful staff, $1.25 a pound for wash dry and fold services. I am without a washer and dryer currently, had never been to a laundromat before and was a little bit worried (for lack of a better word). Seriously after meeting the staff my worries were put to rest.

Here in town for work snd LT took really good care of me. Customer service was impeccable. Answered all of my questions and was super sweet. Thank you so much

Was in town for Big Ten Baseball and LT was the best she was friendly, kind and simply outstanding!!!!!

I've had the pleasure of doing business here a few times while visiting family and couldn't have been more pleased. The staff are as friendly and helpful as can be. The quality of service is amazing. You can either do your own laundry or you can drop it off and have everything done for you which is awesome when you need to run errands but also need to get laundry done. They not only wash and dry, but also fold (which I hate doing lol). It gave me more time with family and less time having to worry about clothes. The area is kept very clean and just an all around great atmosphere. I definitely cant say enough great things about them.
