Omaha Auto Wraps

I am looking forward to hopefully changing this review. I cannot comment on their service or products because it appears they aren't interested. I called several times and the person who answered the phone sounded like he'd rather be anywhere but there and as I began to ask about service and pricing he just hung up. My husband really wants wants a wrap on his truck, hopefully this isn't the only place in Omaha that does them.

Based on the reviews I decided to give this place a try. This was my first time getting a wrap, and this was not the experience I was hoping for. I do NOT recommend Omaha auto wraps at all. I was told if you don't like the quality of our wraps, take your money and leave. They were unwilling to work with me at all. So, the installers peeled it before the manager arrived. The manager said he could not verify the issues even though I had photos.... And said "It looked all right before I left last night". Even with the flaws I was willing to forgive due to my car not being new (there are some paint chips), I was willing to work with the staff on the price to fix or redo the work. I was then informed that I was quoted too low of a price and didn't sign the service contract after the fact so they would need to re-quote me for the work at likely a higher price but would not tell me if they were even willing to redo the work at all. The lack of process, follow through, and communication is staggering.

These guys did a great job wrapping my work van. I had some paint blemishes that they sanded down and made my old van look new.

This was such an easy process. I was able to text them and discuss what we wanted thru text which was fantastic when you are watching loud grandchildren. They even texted and had an earlier opening. Super friendly when we arrived. And when we picked up the car it looked awesome. He walked my husband thru everything about the new stripes on the mustang. How to care for it ect. We highly recommend choosing them for your car wrap needs. Thank you for doing such a great job. I know you have to be meticulous when placing the stripes on the car.
