We had our pool put in last summer and I can't say enough about how dedicated James and his team were ! I watched another company putting a pool in down the street and the guys would be there maybe 2 timesA week - the Olympic crew was at my house everyday working - I was very impressed with their work ethic and our pool is beautiful ! I switched to Olympic Pool and Spa 4 season ago. So glad I did. They have been very responsive to any needs I have. Whether it be opening or closing the pool, questions about algae there are there for me. They recently installed a new liner in our pool and the workmanship was top notch. This should be everyone's go to pool and spa place.

Olympic Pool & Spa constructed our pool 8 years ago & we have used them to Open & Close the pool every year.

All of our dealings with with James Butler and his crew at Olympic Pool and Spa have been Great. He always responded to my communications promptly. He is very knowledgeable and the work looks amazing. We are thrilled! Before hiring Olympic for major renovation work, we were provided with references. We had a serious problem caused by another contractor. Several contractors told us there was no fixing it, and that we would have to tear out the inground pool and replace it all. However, James explained exactly what could be done and quoted it. All of his references said he is a genius, and that we would never regret hiring him and his crew. They were correct. Our story ended with a "happily ever after". Thru it all, they have always been very professional. This was a few years ago and our pool is still Perfect!

Dishonest James and Joni Butler owners of Olympic pool and Spa in Omaha Nebraska . They are running a business to cheat and defraud the consumers. He is a dishonest salesman that sells his product like a horse trader and naive people like us fall for it. Their work has been Shoddy from the beginning. Terrible concrete work, and Used pool equipments that have no warranty. James Butler will keep cheating and cutting corners until he's caught. He then literally begs for your forgiveness and cries on your shoulder to wiggles himself out of trouble getting on his hands and knees in front of the the Police Officers promising he would provide use with proper paperwork. That behavior was very bizarre. We had emailed and called numerous times to Olympic Pool and Spa asking for the proper paperwork to provide us with this information with no return phone calls or emails. Last Tuesday June 11, 2019 we called the cops on him as his worker sneaked in and trespassed in our backyard without our knowledge and tried to steal our new pump that was still under replacement warranty. Begging us not to press charges. He promised me in front of the Police Officers that he was going to send me all the warranty and work order but as of yet he has not produced any paperwork. His worker Kenny acknowledge the fact that he replaced a pump a year ago as well as subsequent repairs on Tuesday June 11th in front of Police Officers. This man is Crazy. Please stay away from Olympic Pool and Spa owned by James and Joni Butler. He charges you for new equipment and installs old and used parts. He promises warranty on pool equipments but can not show any paperwork to support it. Please don't let this man sell you pools. This man and his wife Joni Butler are FRAUDS.

Scheduled an estimate online, had a conversation with someone via email. Called to ask why nobody showed up for the appointment and was told they are scheduling a week out. If they knew that, why not tell me during our messaging instead of leading me to believe they were going to show up.

James and every single one of his crew are extremely knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. They are fast and are always there when they say they will be. James was very thorough in explaining details to us and helping us come up with a design that would fit our budget and look amazing. Her has tons of experience and will keep you informed every step of the way. We loved working with them and extremely happy with our new pool! Its gorgeous and you can tell that the team here cares about the quality of their work as well as you as a client. Very satisfied and would highly recommend!

We have used Olympic Pool and Spa for over 4 years. We scheduled our pool opening in plenty of time. We received a call from 'the owner' on the day the pool was to be opened. He was SO VERY RUDE, I passed his phone call over to my husband. He was also treated so VERY RUDE that we just told them the pool would not be opened by them on that day. We have always received excellent service from them until 'the owner' treated us like crap. We are now changing our loyalty to Continental Pool and Spa in hopes that they will treat us as a valued customer. His wife, son and employees have been wonderful, too bad they have such a poor example for leadership.

We are now going on 4 years with the company. We are very satisfied with the quality of products, service on equipment, opening and closing the pool, and the free testing for the pool water. Friendly and expert service.
