My mom loves Oles! She's been her for decades, and then now I come here! The owner is so friendly, this place is so great with caring for your shoes, it makes them last forever to extend longevity!!!! It's so reasonably price! Everyone is so friendly and they are incredible, this is one of Lincoln's little gem! Highly recommend coming here

I've had my shoes repaired here a few different times and each time it has been a very pleasant experience.Everyone I spoke with was always very nice and professional. My shoes were always ready either on or before the anticipated date. I also needed a rush order done once and they were very accommodating.I mostly utilized them for replacing my high heel tips which ranges from 14-20 a pair. They also replaced the inside liner of one of my heel sets and did a great job. They do a variety of other repairs as well.Overall, I was happy I found this place and appreciate all the work they did on my shoes over the past three years. Friendly service, reasonable prices, and excellent work.. What more can you ask from a business?

Some of the best customer service I've ever received. I literally walked in off the street and they fixed my minor boot damage/scuffs on the spot! I would definately recommend them if you are in need any boot repair.

Great local place. They carry reasonably priced DIY leather care and repair products, as well as leather laces. Owners were very helpful, including the dog that I played a little fetch with.

I go to college at UNL and would recommend this place to anyone who has even a slightly broken shoe. Your favorite shoes can last a lifetime with this place and you'll want an excuse to go and talk to them and pet their dog!

I am a dog lover! I was greeted by their official greeter, a marvelous tiny bundle of joy who made me feel as if I were the only creature in the world. The human staff was equally ready to ensure that I knew that I was the only person in the world at the time. The service, as always, was superb. My Birks were handled with care. I was assisted in finding the correct size of one of the bull hide belts. I walked away with a smile on my face - it was a great start to the morning.

Ole's was my first choice for saving me time and money. I needed some "unique" sewing on a hard tire cover for my RAV-4 Toyota. I thought I would try Ole's rather than go to a junk yard for a replacement or buy new thru the dealer. Ole's came thru for me quickly and expertly. They fixed the cover better than new, and saved me time and money. The staff are friendly, helpful and very courteous. So if you have some "unique" item needing sewing please give Ole's first chance.
