Application process is completely crazy. You have to go downtown, in person, during work hours, to apply. Rude receptionist. It's already not worth the effort!!! I can't imagine what living in their property is like if this is just the application process.

My last, and final, update. These slums tried to falsify claims from their maintenance men about damages that i did to the property that they manage and they didn't return my deposit in due time. I filed a small claims court against my landlord for these reasons. AND I WON. so moral of the story; don't let these corrupt, money hungry landlords & property managers try to run all over you!! it's an impossible economy out here and taking $600 from a hardworking, single mom who takes immaculate care of the properties that i stay in is repulsive. I genuinely hope that there are tenants doing their due diligence prior to renting from anybody. & if you are a tenant doing that now, STAY AWAY FROM ANYWHERE THAT OKOMAHA MANAGES. I share my experience with them on Facebook and any other social media sources at any chance I can get.

They sucker you in by sayin half deposit and rent if you are tight budgeted. At first apartment was nice until we found out our apts were infested with mice and black mold.Health dept came and everything. They have maintenance go in your home whenever they want without 24 hr notice. Receptionist Becky got a bad attitude and they just dont care until someone calls the government on them. Terrible would never rent from them again.
