Took a family member here looking for a computer and to ask some questions. Hadn't been in for years, upon first glance they had a really great set up. You are greeted when you come in and the amount of different types and brands of laptops as well as different price range was impressive. Even more helpful was the service. A guy greeted us in laptops and was very polite and incredibly knowledgeable on all the laptops. He did have the answers to all our questions and was very helpful . They do try to up-sell you a set up and other products with your computer purchase but for most people that is probably necessary . Unless you are a student you probably know how to set it up and have access to discounted student products for Laptops. All in all, great experience and much better customer service then I've ever had at a Best Buy when browsing computers these days.

Great location, and decent prices/selection for a office supply store. Be sure you sign up for rewards and you often get a $10 off coupon printed out when you buy stuff so watch for that. What I really like about this store is that if I need to print out a bunch of files, like lets say 200 copies of a flyer, I can email the flyer in advance to them at [email protected] and attach the file, then ask them to print it in black and white, color, on card stock, or whatever. Then when I stop in later that day, or week, it is finished and I don't have to wait. Very nice feature.

These stores suck.. Every time I go in the store their promotion rules change. example: This summer I went in to buy a printer cartridge. The clerk told me that if I bring in an empty cartridge to recycle, I would get $2 credit toward my next purchase. So the next time I went in I took in 8 old cartridges to recycle and purchased a new cartridge thinking I would get $16 credit... the clerk told me NO, she said when you return cartridges, you have to wait a month before you can use your rewards toward making a purchase. I said fine. I went back the next month to buy a cartridge and asked to use my $16 rewards credit towards my purchase. She said that I have 00 rewards and that if I had any questions, to call the 1-800 number. So I called and they told me that I had 00 rewards credit because when I returned my 8 old cartridges, I had to buy at least $10 dollars of products... SO you see how the rules change constantly and/or the clerks not know what the xxxx is going on and don't know the rules themselves.... MY FAMILY AND I QUIT GOING TO OFFICE MAX.!!!!
