I got a 2022 Honda Accord! Nicolle Moreno did an outstanding job with the whole process! She was very helpful and I could tell that she had my best interests in mind and wasn't just trying to sell another car. She took the time to make sure I understood the features of the vehicle and helped me get everything all set up!Chance Jorgensen also was very helpful in explaining the financial side of things. He gave a lot of good advice and made sure I understood the monthly breakdown, interest rates, warranty options, etc.I would definitely recommend O'Daniel Honda! I had a very smooth experience compared to my last car purchase at a different dealership. Thank you!

My husband and I were on the hunt for a used Honda Pilot. When leaving the grocery store, we noticed they had a nice looking pilot on the lot, so we stopped to look at it. We called to ask for the price, mileage and if it was available. We were told it was $14,995. We went home to feed the kids and then returned to test drive. Side story here, two weeks prior we had bought a nightmare Honda pilot from a dealership in Minnesota. Upon returning home, we noticed loud sounds when turning. We quickly had it looked at by a local mechanic and to our horror were asked to return to the shop. He couldn't fix the rear differential because the pilot was so rusted that he believed the whole bottom of the pilot would fall off. We paid $15,777 for this 2015 pilot. Fortunately West End Lincoln took the Honda pilot back, and cancelled the contract. Fast forward to almost 2 weeks ago when we started the process of buying the Honda pilot from O'Daniel. Evan, our sales person, told us the pilot was 15,995. We said that was not the price told to us over the phone. They said they'd honor the price given to us. So he ran our credit 7 times that evening. The auto sales program used by dealerships was down, so it was taking a long time. We left, being told we would get the pilot, it was just going to take longer. My husband called the next day to check on the progress of the purchase. No update was available. Another day went by and he called again. That's when he spoke to the sales manager and was told to be patient. So a few days go by, then a week. Not a word. Then to our shock, it shows up on my cars.com app listed at $17,995.Now I'm a little angry and our credit was pulled roughly 12 times only to be treated like trash by a dealership that had no interest in selling a car to our family. We both have average credit. A major reason all the banks were saying no, is because we had a new, active car loan showing up on our credit report. We clearly should've waited longer to give time for the new car loan to fall off. I've been driving my husband to and from work for over a year now. Not because we can't afford a second vehicle, we had one, that was totaled in a mishap. My husband works 6 days a week, it's hard to find the time to go to a dealer when they're closed on his only day off. We aren't trashy poor people. We're just trying to get by in a crappy economy where used cars are priced too high, interest rates are insane, and average credit isn't good enough. 3 years ago, I bought a nice Nissan Armada from Willie's Nissan in Des Moines. Same credit score, 3 times the price. We were treated with kindness and respect. In the future, we will buy from Willie's.West end Lincoln sold us a rust bucket that was unsafe to drive. Then O'Daneil treated us like poor people that weren't worth their time, or good for the money. If you're trying to buy the white Honda pilot listed for $17,995 with about 115k miles on it, just know that they offered it to us, for $14,995. And if you don't have perfect credit, they will treat you like a basement dweller. I will never purchase from O'daneil. Below is the worksheet given to us and agreed upon by O'Daniel and Evan.V I N # 5FNYF4H5XEB025005Note, I have tried to post my review on Google, and it will not post.

I cant write out everything here. So I will say this. As military family we will never buy from this place again. They were not up front with us and they had the worst attitudes after I got mad letting them know and jumping through hoops for them that I was upset. I reached out to Manager and Owner and nothing back. When I went today to pick my car up today my salesman did not even show I was given the keys and walked out by another salesman. It was a very awful feeling. Stay away and do your research.

I want to start this off by saying I never leave reviews but this was the WORST experience! I would NOT recommend O'Daniel Honda!I am very disappointed in the service I received at O'Daniel Honda. I was lied to and treated poorly! So here is what happened, I bought my car used from O'Daniel Honda and was told all about the lifetime power terrain warranty and how great it is and never had to use it/ take my car in for anything til now (and it's a joke and doesn't cover what they say it does on website). But that's not the worst part.I have a 2017 equinox with 89,000 miles. I have always taken good care of it and got it serviced regularly (have receipts for proof). Well on January 21st I heard a noise and stopped driving right away and pulled into Walmart as it was closet thing to me. They took a look and thought an oil gasket blew. I still had some oil but was loosing oil (no check engine light was on, this is information needed for later in the story).I called O'Daniel Honda oil gasket is part of power terrain so had my car towed over there as I did not want to drive it and something go wrong.O'Daniel Honda took a look at it and said it was not an oil gasket it was a rear main seal leak and then said my timing chain would need to be done as well. (According to their website timing chains are covered on warranty, but they told me it is not and will cost me around $5,300) I need my car I'm a teacher so had to fix it.Well when I went in to pick it up the mechanic Matt was there and walked over and told me about a recall on a Camshaft actuater that I would need to take it in to a Chevy dealership to get done (called Chevy dealership the next day no recall. This detail is important later)After I paid they pulled my car up and I went out to start it and my check engine light was on (remember no light was on when I brought it in.) I walked back in and told Matt he came out with the code reader and my dad was with me and pointed out how black liquid was being shot out my exhaust and was dripping from behind my rear driver side tire. Matt read the code and quickly cleared it and said it was a C02 sensor from the work they did and it shouldn't turn back on after I drive it. Then put his hand in front of black liquid being shot out and said it's just soot from there work and will stop after driving. He said to call back down if it comes back on and he will take care of it (LIES).I drove it home (didn't feel right driving was driving rough) turned it on next day light was back on. Called back was told it would cost more if I brought it back to get fixed.Brought it in to another mechanic that day so didn't even drive it for a day less than 50miles. The mechanic plugged it in and said it was the camshaft actuater (which Matt said was a recall but wasn't). So the black liquid being shot out was not soot but fuel. The mechanic went in to fix it and saw Matt the mechanic at O'Daniel did not tighten the tensioner on timing chain it was super super loose he could move it with his finger. He did not change out the whole timing kit even though I was charged for it. The mechanic had to remove engine again to do camshaft actuater and redo the oil change O'Daniel just did because of it as well. The new mechanic also said the camshaft should have been looked at and taken care of when the engine was out the first time. He was mad at the situation for me as well and wanted to see what all O'Daniel charged me for, he even said I was screwed over and felt very sorry for me.The new mechanic had to redo oil change again, change out the camshaft actuators, balance and tighten the chain tensioners, balance the shaft chain, do the crank seal, timing cover gasket, and the valve cover gasket. I also have the codes that read camshaft on the bill as well. Multiple of these things were on my O'Daniel bill but NOT done or not done right. Since the engine had to be taken out again for all these things labor was expensive again too. If it would have been done/ done right the first time I wouldn't have an extra $1,600 I had to pay.So all together I ended up spending around $7000. They LIE, don't fix things properly/do their job, and don't cover what their website says they do for lifetime power terrain warranty. If I would have kept driving my vehicle thinking it was just a C02 sensor it will go away like I was told by Matt at O'Daniel and drove with a loose timing chain tensioner, my car could have been done for. I was screwed over and connected costumer service, the mechanics, and Matt O'Daniel the owner and have received no replies/ help with this matter. I even asked for the number for the lifetime warranty people and was not given that either. I feel as though I was lied to about that not being covered as well. I would not recommend anyone take their vehicles here for any work or purchase thinking the warranty means anything!

Eliot was super friendly. But the buying process was a long drawn out nightmare of being told one thing and them not delivering. Everyone I spoke to told me something different. Lots of miscommunication from one department to the next with little consistency. Expect you to trust them, but they do not trust you. Lacking follow through with delivering top notch customer service. I wouldn't wish that stress on anyone. Will not return and would not recommend.

This place is beyond bad, I don't like to leave bad reviews but I was shocked. We dropped my car this morning to get the seats that were stained to get cleaned since we paid for coverage, the guy looked at my husband and said rudely, before you brought this car to us did u clean it, it's not our job to clean your car. My husband doesn't do well with confrontation I told him I will go and ask for general manager unfortunately it made no difference the general manager told me when buying the coverage like for car seats stains to always be careful it's not their job to clean my car. my husband got mad they told him to leave and not welcome there ever again. This place shouldn't be in business it's sad how these employees can talk to customers like that.please don't take your car for service at O'Daniel Honda not worth it.

Only one star because zero wasn't allowed. We bought a Hyundai Santa Fe in 2021. It took almost six hours to fill out the paper work, but we finally drove it home. The engine threw a rod one month later. This was due to a part that Hyundai recalled the previous year, but O'Daniel slips into the fine print that "they do not inspect or replace recalled parts before the sale of a vehicle." After asking O'Daniel, several other Hyundai dealers, Hyundai itself, AND being denied joining a class action lawsuit against Hyundai, I was left with selling the vehicle for 1,000 bucks and being 10,000 dollars in the hole.Fast forward to 2024: O'Daniel calls me to ask how the Santa Fe is doing. I asked if he was serious. Apparently so. O'Daniel had no note that says "we screwed these people hard, maybe don't call them about it."Follow all the 1-star reviews on here, people. O'Daniel cares about one thing and one thing only: making that sweet, sweet sale.
