NuSpine Chiropractic - Central Lincoln

I love going to Dr. Zach! She is amazing, friendly and caring. With everything going on right now I have been going in more than I had previously for adjustments and always feel so much better after seeing her! Also, the water massage beds are incredible!!

Amazing adjustment and hydrotherapy bed, the Dr here did adjustments on parts of my body that no other chiropractic place has ever done. Definitely recommend

I can not praise this business and Dr Heather Zach enough! I was in a crisis amount of pain over the Christmas holiday, but was putting off getting it looked at because I didn't think I could afford the expense. I was told about NuSpine, $29 for the initial visit! I thought it was worth the gamble, even if it didn't work out. But she had me feeling like a real person again that first visit, instead of a walking ball of pain. I felt like she really listened to me, and cared about the pain I was in. Their follow up plans are in the 39 to 100 range, you choose, and you get a discount if you sign up for reoccurring payment. After your initial visit you can drop in anytime. While very clean and pleasant, the set up sort of reminded me of a Jiffy Lube for humans, but I'm just not that up on the industrial decor movement, lol. If you are in pain I really truly urge you to give this place a try, I swear you will thank me!

I started going to NuSpine shortly after I moved to Lincoln from Texas almost 3 years ago now. I am so grateful to the friend who recommended Dr Hedlund and NuSpine to me. I go once a week and pay less for those 4 visits than I paid for 1 visit in Texas. I am usually in and out in less than 25 minutes and Dr Hedlund keeps my body in good working condition. The staff are so friendly and helpful too. I highly recommend NuSpine to anyone who is looking for relief as you will be treated with great care and concern by a staff and especially a doctor who is interested in your health and well being and not your purse.

Dr Bob Crow and the NuSpine team is changing the chiropractic industry in Lincoln and I highly recommend trying them out for your next adjustment. You will be as impressed as I was (still am)!!!The NuSpine team took their time and evaluated my situation each time I walked in the door. Dr Crow never once told me that I needed to come back several times per week, he recommended I see him again on an as needed basis. Oddly enough...he was right!! He did what NEEDED to be done to correct my back/neck. NuSpine followed up with me to see how I was feeling and there was never any pressure to constantly return. I have been to several chiropractors in Lincoln but not a single one made me feel like I was more than a $$ maker. I seemed to receive the same adjustments no matter where was issue was. The only thing I was getting out of the other places was some fancy relaxation with electric stimulation before my adjustment that was done on every patient. Another perk of NuSpine is that you can actually pay less than using insurance. With my plan, I was paying 25.00 each visit. At NuSpine, I get 4 visits for 50.00 or I could choose one of their other options. PLUS, I can submit to my FSA.

This place is terrible! I wouldn't recommend them at all! Terrible customer service with the receptionist and chiropractor herself; and aren't favorable whatsoever. The adjustment itself is bogus!! Stay away from this place they will rip you off!!
