I have mixed reviews about this store. Their clothing items are very cute and I loved several items. However, I found the customer service to be very rude. I am an African American female in my late 20's. I entered the store and despite being the only person besides the worker in the store I was not greeted. The store was silent, with no music on and the worker didn't once come up to me to ask if I needed any help. However, when a white customer walked in the door she was promptly greeted with a hello and asked if she needed any help. I had found an item I wanted to try on and the worker saw me carrying this item and never asked if I wanted to try it on. I then was forced to try to coat on without a fitting room. AFTER fully trying it on and taking it off, the worker comes up and asks me if I want to try it on. I then told her that was no longer necessary.I am extremely disappointed in the service I received. I am not a person to assume my maltreatment is due to race, however the fact that a white customer received immediate treatment does raise suspicion. I would recommend this store address implicit bias as to their customers.

I guess it's a cute boutique that the ladies like. I enjoyed that they had chairs for me to sit on while I waited. It was also nice to get out of the heat and enjoy the A/C.

What a spot! The shop is full with quality clothing, jewelry and shoes. Plenty of options for all ages. Loved the way the store was set up, a perfect blend of accessories and clothing! I have to give a huge thank you to Sam and Erin. They were beyond helpful and kind, making me feel welcomed. Exceptional customer service!! I'll be back

I stopped by this store with wife on our second day in Omaha. We were checking out the Old Market area and she was excited when she saw the displays from the outside and forced me to go in to check the store out. We arrived at around 11a.m. when the store was to open, but had to wait a couple of minutes before the friendly lady inside realized she had the doors locked and rushed to open them. I let the wife do the shopping and I was glad there was a sofa by the door where I relaxed as she did what she does best - shop. I was surprised when she finished shopping without purchasing anything. I asked her why and this is what she said: " Cute and convenient boutique located in Old Market. Trendy clothing that lacks in quality. High-priced clothes with no lining and exposed seams. Friendly staff willing to help."I guess that is my review...

Very cute boutique with helpful employees. Once never had a rude experience and they always seem happy to help you in any way (trying on, opinion, finding a similar item, etc.).The prices are high but so is the quality and the items are unique compared to shopping at a mall. I love the style in this store and love visiting.Would recommend!

My friend Cindy knew about this shop. I probably never would of entered inside if not for her. But, after we had a wonderful Dinner on a Saturday we came in here. I love the way it looks inside. Old kind of store but, very hip and cool with the wood floors. I liked how things were laid out and spread out so you could actually get a good look at the items you wanted to buy. The first thing that we found was a very unique Black leather purse. I found it first but, then My friend Nancy seemed to really love it. It was the only one there, so I encouraged her to buy it, and she did! It was really nice. A very unique design all made of a rich Black Leather.It was divine, sorry to say I did not get a photo of it. I found for myself a beautiful Dark Grey winter top, and a gorgeous multi layer Silver Bracelet.I cannot wait till I can wear it. It is way too hot here to wear it yet.The prices are high, but there are a lot of nice and different things to choose from.The staff is a little different here. Not overly friendly I have to say.Cindy found a long Jacket that she loved in Winter White, but not in her size. They just kept trying to push the Black one on her. No, she wants the Winter White.I don't like someone to help me pick out anything or shop with me. But, I think they should of tried to order it in her size for her. Regardless, I love the store ,I hope to be able to come back one day soon.I love Winter clothes! I just wish I lived somewhere cold to wear them more often. xx's & OO's

I am so happy this shop has opened up again! One of the only places in Omaha to find unique and trendy items. I love their balance of edgy, girly, and trendy pieces. Also, the owner is so friendly and has decorated a beautiful space. Highly recommended for anyone in the area!

As a southern woman that frequents shopping in boutiques, I was greeted with a lackluster response. I was offered for a fitting room which I accepted, however upon making my selections upon check out she took my clothes without saying one word to me. She simply took them from my hand when I approached the register without acknowledging me. The lack of hospitality and friendliness was very obvious to the point where my companion that I was shopping with brought it up to me, noticing how unfriendly this establishment was. Three female employees working that day, and we were only addressed once when we immediately walked in. Not when we were shopping, not when we checked out and spent over $120 in this establishment. Would not recommend this boutique to anyone in Omaha looking for a friendly experience.

Staff is not helpful - seems like they wish you were not there. Selection is very casual and curation is not great.

Nouvelle Eve is now open again so I decided to check it out. Store looks beautiful and they have a variety of pieces (although still building inventory) and a wide range of prices. Help was friendly. Be mindful of return policy. I purchased a full price item and changed my mind 4 days later and went to return. I was told a store credit would be issued. I was disappointedly surprised. I can appreciate when all sales are final but not full price merchandise. Make sure you are confident in your purchase as I don't recall being told this policy up front (nor did it cross my mind to ask). I like supporting local businesses when possible but I don't find this policy particularly customer friendly and this experience left me not feeling great about shopping here.
