Bought fertilizer and they loaded it in car for me after payment. Never looked at bag until I got home. I then noticed bag had been sewn and decided to weigh it. It was three pounds short so due to the high price I paid I decided to bring back for replacement. The owner was very rude and took the bag and put it on his scale and said it was only one and a half pounds short!!! I know it was three pounds since I weighed it with my suitcase scale. He Did not apologize because I never got the amount I had paid for . He didn't care, just said that bags sometimes rips. He then called in the back for someone to bring back another bag. Again , the bag was sewn and this time missing a pound. . This time I didn't bother. They lost a customer and I will make sure I tell everyone about it. The owner is very arrogant

Very friendly customer service, like the good old days. They happily load your car, which is nice when you are buying several 50-pound bags of chicken feed. They also have some chick and pullets in the spring, which I don't think many know about.

They are always so nice and helpful and they have a great variety of products for birds. Their bird seeds are mixes just for the area birds, so there is little to no waste. Many bird seeds have things like red millet, and area birds generally won't eat that and it makes a huge mess. They have different mixes for different types of birds.

Everyone is very helpful. They put customer service first and actively look for ways to increase your customer experience, they have found alternate products, brought in products I was driving out of town to get elsewhere, and even let me know when their prices were lower than my current suppliers. It means a lot when a repeat customer walks in the door and associates working recognize you and remember what your typical order is. Thank you! Yes

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. There aren't many places like this left. Comparable if not lower prices than bigger chain stores. We buy bales of straw and our cat, dog, and poultry food here. This is a great place if you have large or small pets.

This place is great! Very friendly staff who go above and beyond to help you get exactly what you need. Highly recommended.
