Northside

No frills roadside diner which I mean positively. For breakfast I got the Northside Duke which is an unusual perfect brick shape of hashbrowns, eggs and ham. Despite its brick form is surprisingly light and fluffy. For dinner I echo the other reviews and recommend the hot beef.

Great small town diner. Friendly service and great home town food. I tried the hot roast beef sandwich & it was the best I have had in a long time.

I have only had the roast beef sandwich there so far but it is the best I have every had. Real potatoes and gravy, not the canned stuff. And they give you a big helping, more than I can eat in one setting so I always get to enjoy the leftovers also. I am heading there again today. Would go there more often if I lived there.

Excellent small town cafe. Nice place, clean, very friendly. Based on other reviews here I checked out the hot roast beef sandwich and it was great. Two scoops of mashed potatoes, two slices of bread, lots of roast beef, smothered in gravy. The broccoli cheese soup hit the spot as well.
