Seating next to receptionist. So much for HIPPA
You either have to go around the fast food places or around the realtor to get here at the entrance
Main entrance on side of the building facing the fast food place. Back of the building is a realtor

Awkward location. Not enough parking. Walk into the lobby and waiting seats are 3 feet away from the receptionist. Apparently they forgot about HIPPA requirements for patients. To get there, you have to drive around the Amigos Mexican restaurant parking to get to a very narrow parking area. On the back of the building is HOME realty. It will be fun when there is snow piled everywhere. My PCP transferred to this facility after several years of being affiliated with another health system at a different location. I'm seriously questioning who selected this location and did the physical layout. The exam room, at least the one I'm was in was 10x10 feet with sliding doors. Furniture looks like an IKEA tiny house design. Don't get me wrong. I have nothing bad to say about my PCP or His PA. It's the building/facility that is my issue. I'll give it a couple of visits before I decide to jump ship and switch doctors.

There is plenty of parking on the north entrance. I am disabled and I always find a place to park right in front of the entrance. Yes, you do have to do some winding around behind stores to get there but once you find it the first time there is no problem. Check-in is fast and easy. The girls seem to do a lot of gabbing which is a bit unprofessional as I have worked in a receptionist position and we were always respectful of our position. Waiting to see the Dr. has never been an issue for me and I never feel rushed. She listens to what I say and responds adequately. I have had several times when I had called I in the morning and they didn't get back with me in a decent time. Esp when having a UTI! Even though there has been miscommunication I love my Dr. and will continue with her.

Dr. Coady is amazing. He was able to diagnose several things wrong with me that other doctors in town shrugged off.

The new location wasn't amazing at first but they have made improvements and now is up to standard. They have since put in new furniture that changed the ambience from sterile clinic to a homey, comfortable family sitting area. The receptionist is as far away as many other doctors office I have been to so I don't think there is a HIPPA concern. The actual patient rooms are great. There's really nothing wrong with their physical location other than it's hard to find the first time you go. As Keith in the previous review stated, it's behind amigos and a reality office and doesn't immediately stand out. Parking is fine for the small location though. I've never had issues finding parking for my visits. The reason to go to Northpoint Family medicine doesn't really have anything to do with the setting though. This clinic is operated by Byran and is a great boon for our community. The doctors I've seen there are honest, caring, and go above and beyond the call of duty. Gab in particular is amazing. The staff is accommodating, professional, and pleasant. This is in great contrast to the last place my PCP was at (Autumn Ridge ran by CHI) which seem micromanage the doctor-patient relationships to increase profitability. I am appreciative of this new location most because it is away from the previous management which made life difficult for both the doctors and the people they serve. 5 stars! 100% would recommend family to see them.

Would not recommend this service. I have been with them since before this has started and have had numerous issues from lost medical records and many other issues. Now refusal of service and always first and foremost throwing drugs at problems vs actually helping.
