I stopped by without an appointment with my 2012 Murano, love the car but inexplicably my key fab fell out of my pocket in the car and it could not be found. It shows still in the car but after going though it 4 times from end to end I gave up. A service tech Will took it upon himself to find it. Will spent a half hour looking and somehow caught a glint of metal somehow engulfed under the seat track and found the fab. Nissan and Will declined to change for their efforts. I have a new appreciation for the kindness of strangers.Tom LaGrouAs an update, while waiting to get my car back, they washed it and vacuumed it out, again at no cost, I was stunned to see such special treatment on a very busy Monday morningTom

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I leased a vehicle three years ago and was told at the time there was a 100k warranty if I chose to buy the lease out. As that date approached, I realized how hard it was to get someone on the phone to help me with questions re buying out the lease + the warranty and how it's even harder to get the truth from them. I was told three different things by three different employees I finally got on the phone, none of which turned out to be true. I cut them out of the process completely and took on the hassle of buying out the lease myself to avoid dealing with them and giving them any commission. After all of that, a man claiming to be a co-owner called me recently and guaranteed me I did have a warranty - despite what the others had said. Then, he didn't get back to me and later sent a text he was leaving the company so couldn't help to answer my questions derived from his recent call. They're an unorganized, unethical group that I would never recommend anyone to work with. There are far too many dealerships in Omaha to treat paying customers the way they do. -100/10

They live in the past and are cocky about the current automobile climate. According to them "it's a waste of time" to provide information / figures over the phone. It's called the cost of doing business and as soon as this car market flips you no longer will be in control. Stay away from Nissan of Omaha.

Service has gone downhill. I showed up for my scheduled oil change. Nobody was in the garage to greet me. I had to go find someone.I waited for over an hour with no updates, even though I responded to the text their system sent me asking for one. Finally at an hour, fifteen minutes I sought help. I was told it shouldn't have taken so long. I waited some more in the service advisor area.Wow.I do think when this Nissan is due to be traded in, I will buy somewhere else.

Do yourself a holiday favor and go somewhere else. I've tried talking to Nissan of Omaha about this for 6+ months. They refuse to return my calls and help me fix this situation.Recently took my newer age Murano in with less than 60K miles to have the power steering fixed. The host had become disconnected and sprayed liquid everywhere. Likely just needed a new power steering line. Pretty simple fix, right? Nissan of Omaha service department wanted over $8,000 to fix. They said that the whole steering column needed to be replaced. Not only that, but I asked them not to change the oil after I had it towed in, because I wanted to see what the total would be and decide if I wanted to pursue all fixes and maintenances. What did they do? They went ahead and did the oil change first without even looking into the power steering. Once they did, they wanted over $8,000 to fix it, plus the oil change that they already did. They actually didn't have an answer when I asked them why they did that. They even said I wouldn't have to pay for the oil change. They lied.My guess? One of their mechanics saw a easy fix and thought it would be easy to say it was something much more and then get the car for themselves once i traded it in. Of which they were only going to give me $2,000 for trade...What did I do? I took it somewhere else. I had to pay additional in towing and the oil change to get it away from Nissan of Omaha and it turns out to have been the best decision of my life. Went and had another mechanic take a look. Two days and less than $700 and the car has had no problems for over 6 months. Talked with multiple other locations as well as an automotive instructor at a local University. ALL OF THEM SAID THIS WAS WRONG.Should you do business with Nissan of Omaha? No, you really really shouldn't. They will do everything they can to get as much money out of you as they possibly can. They will lie to you and confuse you into thinking what you are buying from them is actually quality. It's not.Sadly, this isn't even limited to their service or their sales. It's both that are the problem.I purchased my Murano from them a few years ago. The vehicle was certified by Nissan of Omaha mechanics, but I didn't realize how worthless this actually was. I was under the impression that a Certified Used vehicle from Nissan of Omaha would have a bit of a warm feeling knowing that they had certified individuals take a look at the car and determine it was in a "certified" condition. Turns out I was wrong. The remote starter didn't work, there was a busted running light when I picked it up, and it was even behind on maintenance. Wasn't even a simple maintenance, they decided to forgo an important maintenance that was 6,000 miles past due. What happened once I brought it in for first oil change? Well that was a bit of a surprise with how much that first maintenance costs, since it was so behind on routine maintenance.TLDR, if you get a vehicle through Nissan of Omaha, take it somewhere else to get a second opinionPS. I won't even bring up the Rogue I purchased from them that ended up needing 5+ new transmissions.

Had a salesman fraud me. He wouldn't let me leave without getting a car. He kept saying that he would make it work for me. We negotiated until we found something that worked for me and I went ahead and got it. I was at the end of my lease and needed to swap vehicles anyway. This had taken over four hours and I was ready to just sign paperwork and leave. Then, the next finance guy did his sales pitch trying to tack on a bunch of things. which took over an hour. I finally got to the point that he seemed to accept what I wanted there. at this point, I'd probably been there 6 hours with salesman trying to get me to spend as much money as they could. But, I felt like I did an excellent job negotiating. Got them to honor their advertising pricing and no down payment with no first payment until a couple months later which was terrific. However, I went to make my first payment and saw that the amount was way more than expected and the payments had started earlier than we had negotiated. I called them to have it rectified. But, they refused to fix their error. They had put the wrong information in the contract, or so they say it was in the contract that I'd signed. No attempt at customer service. No attempt at help. They treated me like I was a sucker. They'd obviously done this many times before and it was routine come that point. I could actually hear other employees in the background laughing about it and suggesting doing other nasty things to me like coming to get my car and take it. I don't know what's happened to this dealership. Just don't buy from them. save yourself the financial losses and frustration.

Very nice car, got a a 22' Altima. Although the customer service is terrible. They act inconvenienced at your presence and downplay this issues you are having. I had a slow leak in my tire for 3 months and I visited this place multiple times during that period to have it looked at. On the 4th visit I was finally told there was a screw in there and instead of replacing the overly damaged tire all they did was put a patch in. Very disappointing for how much you pay a month...

Unfortunately I'm not able to give 0 stars. 100% do NOT recommend bringing your vehicle here if safety is important to you. Brought my car in for a regular service check up before a road trip. I picked my car up at 5pm and took it for a drive ti make sure everything felt right. NOPE. Car started shaking on the interstate. I called Nissan at 5:30 and told them about my car and that I would be back by 5:50 to get it fixed and they told me "we're about to close so that won't work" I told them I didn't care as I was scheduled to leave for my trip the next morning. I brought it in and it turned out they FORGOT to put the BOLTS back on my car after rotating my tires!!! 0/10 recommend going here.

I'm so disappointed in Nissan of Omaha! I've been having problems with them sense I bought a 2014 Juke from them in 2016 which had 24 thousand miles on it & months later I found out the engine had sludge in it, now I have a 2019 Nissan Rogue that I brought new because I didn't have no choice but anyway I took my Rogue in to have service 10/2/2023 & the service advisor was Alfonso Centeno & I ask him to top off all of my fluids & I was having a oil change & air filter changed because on my last visit they said the air filter was going to need some attention soon so I told Alfonso to have it changed, remind you I only have 9,242 miles on my car i really hardly even drive my rogue but I found out in that case a filter should be changed every 15,000 - 30-000 miles,I only put 1,600 miles on my car in 10 months, so when my car was finished i ask Alfonso did he tell them to top all fluids off even the windshield fluid because it was almost empty he said yes but I thought all of that goes with a oil change anyway we the next day I try to use the fluid to clean my windows & wouldn't nothing come out I check it & it was empty so now I believe I was lied to about fluids & the air filter how do I know if I even got a oil filter when the oil was suppose to had been change, I hate that I stop dealing with Gregg young because the twenty years I dealt with them I never had any problem, I will never buy another vehicle from Nissan of Omaha that's a promise because my experience with them hasn't been good. the workers are nice but sneaky & about lying in order to make a buck. Absolute worst service experience I have ever had getting the heater repaired in my daughter's Nissan Sentra. It was working when it was in a week prior, came out not working. Great communication with the first visit. This time, horrible. Went in on Tuesday afternoon with expectation of being completed by early Wednesday. No one called/texted to say what was wrong Tuesday, so I texted and left 2 messages Wednesday. Finally got a call later in the day by the service manager with what they thought was wrong and it would be done the next day. I was leaving town, so that meant I had to arrange for my teen to pick it up and pay on her own. Thursday afternoon, still not done, had to hunt people down with multiple attempts to find someone. Same for Friday. Finally got someone to say it was done late Friday, but they didn't send me the bill or a list of what else they said needed to be done as was requested. Had to send my teen to pick up their car with no clue how much it cost on Saturday, days late, and it took them forever to put the bill together to check out. I understand people call in sick. I understand people are new. But other than one nice lady (Sara) that texted to get me some info, the complete lack of reliable communication from this company was beyond ridiculous. I have zero trust in them and will never be bringing a vehicle back there again.
