The formatting on our previous review turned out very strangely (hopefully this one will look normal), and now we also have an update on that initial review:We hired Nikki Moore to capture our wedding for us (June 2014) and were expecting that by virtue of hiring one of the alledged best (and definitely most expensive) photographers in the Lincoln, NE area, we would be purchasing professionalism, quality, and creativity. Unfortunately, we proved to be quite disappointed, finding that Nikki misused time and did not take leadership during the photo shoots, and that the final products are mostly very lacking in the 'wow' factor you expect with a great photographer. The absolute worst part of the whole experience has been her lack of professionalism and quality customer service in responding to our grievances. (Update:) We heard from Nikki mid-August immediately after we posted negative reviews online. Unfortunately, she contacted us to berate us for voicing our negative opinions instead of 'giving her a chance to respond to our email first'. Apparently 6 weeks hadn't been enough time. We endured another month of ridiculous emails between us and Nikki in which she did a remarkably poor job at truly hearing us and seeking to resolve our conflict. She concentrated her efforts instead on telling us how we were simply wrong. We did ultimately receive a full refund from Nikki Moore Photography, which would have been very unnecessary had she handled our complaints differently from the start. Unfortunately, although we have our $1800+ back, we had already eclipsed the point at which Nikki's reputation could have been saved in our eyes. We still heartily encourage you to steer clear and consider hiring another photographer for your once-in-a-lifetime wedding ceremony. .
