New Beginnings

Terrribly disappointed with this place. Went there to purchase my son a bed frame for his room in College, the owner stated he had a mattress to match the boxspring that was covered in plastic on showroom floor. When delivered the following day, he brought over a dirty cushion that appeared to be an old patio lounge seat cover..ummm, lol..seriously? how in the world do you try to pass that off as a MATTRESS? My fiance & son dealt with this gentlemen...*sigh* never let men handle a womans job! NEVEEEER!!!!

This is in response to becca s. New Beginnings was not selling mattresses or bedframes at the time of her post. I can only speculate that she is referring to another business and was mistaken regarding the actual name of the store. I've shopped there for 23 years, and the store does not deliver, nor does it sell mattresses. This is a non-profit thrift store, not a sole proprietorship.

This store sold an item on ebay for $28.00 including shipping. This seller was paid at checkout in the full amount but the package/item was never delivered and they kept the merchandise they sold and the money I paid them. Do not buy anything in their ebay site or they will treat you the same way. So much for non profit...
