Was recommended this dentist by a coworker and had a great experience. I've only visited once so far but definitely plan to come back and keep them as my regular dentist. Their appointment times fit my schedule well and all the staff were so nice. I was in and out quickly for my 6 month cleaning, while still feeling like they did a great, complete job.

Dr. Reichert and staff are the best! They are so friendly and everyone puts you at ease, which is a relief for someone like me who has always been anxious at the dentist. I highly recommend their services!

Unfortunately after years of service with Reichert, my family is choosing to go elsewhere due to their lack of family friendly focus on not allowing a parent to go back with a child for a cleaning. Adherence to a policy that is no longer in affect is a barrier to my child's health. There are plenty of dentist's office in the metro area that are allowing a parent to go back with their child. I recommend thinking twice about Reichert if you want a family friendly dentist.

I have been with Dr. Reichert since he opened. I was very pleased with his kindness and care for over 10 years. I am sad to say a miscommunication has fractured our relationship and I am looking for a new dentistry home. Dr. Reichert told me he would honor his agreement with me, but he did not. He didn't even call me to discuss the events that happened even after several attempts via phone calls and letter. I had to personally come to the office at closing to talk to him, but instead I talked with the office manager. I felt the office manager did not handle the situation very well. I was promised one thing by Dr. Reichert and told another by the office manager. I wished he would have called me or sent me a letter or email with the explanation. If I was going to loose a patient that had been with me since day one, I would have said to that person, can we compromise so that both parties are happy. Nope, she just let me leave upset and confused. Not only did they loose me as a patient but my family as well.I guess since they have grown so much, they can afford to loose a few.I cannot say my dental cleaning or dental services was bad. I had good dental care and will miss the staff tremendously. I would get any fees that will be charged in writing first.KMC

I hadn't been to the office in a few year but when I had a tooth that had to come out I called the office number just after 8am on a Monday. Got the message that the office hadn't opened yet but if it was an emergency push for Dr Reichert. I pushed it expecting to get a recorder. Third ring the Dr. answered. After a couple questions set me up with a 11:40 appointment. I got there on time, DA had me in the chair within minutes. Dr. came in looked at the tooth, took ex-rays and agreed it had problems and needed to go. Dab of this, couple of poked of pain killer, a wait to let it do it's job and by 12:30 I was walking out the door. Not only was I amazed I get an appointment the same day but that all I felt was one of the pokes and it was over. Now Wednesday evening, I've had no bleeding, pain or discomfort. THANK YOU DR. REICHERT AND STAFF. From now on I'll be recommending DR. PAINLESS to everyone.
