Highly highly recommend Nebraskaland Tire. I got a flat over the weekend and needed to purchase a new tire. Called Monday morning. Told me to head over in an hour. Was in and out under an hour. Amazing service. Friendly employees. Would highly recommend. Will be coming here from now on for by service.

I had such a great experience with one tire needing fixed that we got 4 new ones on another. Tucker came to our driveway, in bad weather, and acted like it was a walk in the park. Replaced the bad tire with our spare and took the tire back to the shop to get worked on. He truly looked like he loved his job and his job performance showed it. Back at the shop in Crete, Cameron was respectful and conveyed a sense of sincerity as we walked through options. I really believe that I got the best deal with wonderful service! I will visit the Crete shop whenever I need another tire fixed or a set replaced.

Cameron drags his feet when it comes to the business!!! The crete store needs a real manager who gets things done and doesnt take over 2 weeks to get something done!!! Lucky if you will get a returned phone call if you call there and leave a message!!! Cameron will tell you he knows nothing about mechanics, but hes the store manager??? Makes a lot of sense to me!!! I will definitely take my business elsewhere, and i will recommend everyone i know take their business elsewhere unless they can get a manager in there who can get things figured out!! I would rate 0 stars if i could!!!

5/10/2021 I spent $853.76 on rear brakes. Just a week ago started having rear brake issues took it in to have it looked at. Got told it needed rear brakes done again. So only 1 year and 10 months and less than 18,000 to 20,000 miles ( mileage is estimated because it was not noted on receipt) your location manager said that was normal. Your location manager appears to not know much about cars because brakes last longer than 20,000 miles. I spent $768.86 on rear brakes again on 3/25/2023. Your manager refuses to guarantee your work. The work was done on a Saturday the mechanic was not done when they closed at noon your manager left your employee working by himself in the shop. I think that would be a huge safety concern. The mechanic told me the brakes needed replaced because the parking brake was dragging and severely rusted it was his opinion that the parking brake has been dragging since the first time the brakes were replaced and your employee that did them neglected to do the work correctly. I would leave negative stars if that was a option. You have lost another customer and I will share the story with everyone. It is a shame that your company bought a profitable business with a large customer base and have run it in the ground. *Edit* The reply is from the Crete store manager the one that would not guarantee the work. 9750 in the email address is the Crete store number.

The previous owner ran his auto repair business into the ground because vodka was more important. The negative cloud hung over Nebraskaland while striving to basically start from scratch. Nebraskaland took over and good mechanic help was impossible to find. They have always been courteous and helpful when I had tire issues. Crete is a peculiar market for various reasons. I wish them well and hope they succeed.

Updated review due to "new staff and equipment" will further adjust if I utilize services. They lie to your face. I have always trusted repairs here when it was Skala's OK Tire and always got good service. Decided to give the new owners the same chance and shortly realized that was a poor choice. I took 2 vehicles in for alignment, both of which I had done recent suspension work to. The first vehicle, front wheel drive sedan, I put new front struts on. After all was said and done they told me everything was good, still charged me for the full alignment. I thought, "ok, the fee is the fee whether they make an adjustment or not". Next vehicle was an all wheel drive SUV, which I had done rear struts and upper control arms on. The upper control arms are what set part of the rear alignment, so I knew that would need adjusted after replacing which is why I took it in...and specifically told them I had done this job. After I get both cars back, I asked for a print out of the alignment sheet ..neither of which they could produce, which set off the first red flag. Next I asked what adjustments they had to make so they called in the young kid who "did the alignment" and he stated both vehicles "were just a little toe in". I found it hard to believe that I had successfully reset the rear end on the AWD with not alignment experience, but went about my business. Less than 4 months later, I had noticed the front end of the sedan wearing the edges of the front tires and the rear end of the SUV wearing severely on the right rear outside tire. It had been more than 3 months so they were unwilling to help me even though they had already stolen my money for a job that was not actually performed. Thanks a lot. Will never do business there again, and have since been referring business elsewhere. What a joke of a company. I can't honestly see how they have gotten so big when they charge customers for literally doing nothing. Also, I checked the hardware on the sedan after they had it, and nothing had been touched which means when they told me it was "just a little toe in" they didn't even make an adjustment or even attempt one. Must just be a go to line to steal money. I will forever try turn business way from this joke of a business. Maybe it's not all locations, but it's definitely the Crete location.
