A great selection of Bison meat. Sweet, tender, and savory cuts that our family enjoys. The prices here are of value; Be advised bison meat is not mass produced and is more expensive than beef. However, you do receive a free range, grass fed, nutritious product that packs more protein and less fat than beef. We really enjoy the short ribs, ribeyes, and jerky. We recently, ordered bones for stock and broth which was great! The orders come in dry ice, vacuum sealed and in sturdy packaging. The customer service team is helpful as they aim to please its customers. I highly recommend Nebraska Bison if you want something new and exciting.

We stopped eating beef a few years back not only for health reasons but finding decent beef around here just ain't what it used to be. We really like all types of meat as part of our diet and thought, lets try Bison. We started buying ground bison at Costco, as that's all they ever had. It was a nice change from beef, healthier too. Well, wouldn't you know they stopped selling Bison. We had a few extra packages still in the freezer and decided to look for that company on the net. We were refered to Nebraska Bison. Bison is somewhat pricey and when you add the shipping it make's for an expensive meal.

the Bison T-Bones were the worst meat product of any kind that I have served in my home - the meat was tough, gristly and nearly flavorless. what a huge let down - $90 for two steaks. we saved them for Christmas as a treat - really awful, never had an enjoyable bite. Do not bother getting these!!!! At a pound a piece - these were all bone and gristle!

The meat arrived barely cool and NOT FROZEN. They don't use enough dry ice when shipping in the summer and temperatures are in the high 90s. Customer service did not respond to my complaint. AVOID this company.

I ordered the back ribs they were tough and scrawny so much so that half of them went uneaten. disappointing

This company does not post poor reviews. I tried 2x to write a review and both disappeared. To me that means they are not reliable. Their "chef prepared" meals are terrible. Very poor directions which refer to gravy not included. No spices in pot roast meal. The potatoes and carrots have no flavor and are not sautéed It also takes 3x as long as directions say. It is a premium price which you don't mind if it is satisfying but it is not. To make it worse, we ordered for ourselves and for gift.

I don't know what kind of meat they sell but it's not Bison. The steaks, New York cut and Ribeye are tasteless and rubbery. When you write a negative review on their web site it will never show up. So my guess is that the reviews they have on their web are all fake. What's worse is that you pay premium price for these steaks but what you get is some kind of cheap meat. Never buy again from this company.

Great variety and quality of bison meat. Prices are reasonable compared to other online companies and our order was shipped in great condition in a timely fashion. Definitely recommend the Bison Franks -- best hot dogs I've had!
