If I had actually been able to see the doctor in a reasonable amount of time, I might rate the doctor differently I waited over 45 minutes in the exam room and finally had to find someone to inquire about the excessive delay. I was told after she checked that it would be around 15 minutes until Dr. Davis would be there. I asked if that was fairly certain, or just a guess. She said she could not tell. If someone had just told me when I checked in that there was an issue, I could have just left and rescheduled without wasting my time. Now I have to reschedule, or find another option. Why would no one come and let me know there was a delay before 45 minutes???

I'm struggling with how I feel about the service I received. I felt pretty lost the whole time. I was taken to multiple rooms during my visit with a very minimal (if at all present) description. I had been seen at my primary and sent over for an "emergency" evaluation. The majority of the staff were very kind and professional I still felt like I only had a small idea of what was going on. The first room I was brought in two and told by my very sweet dental assistant that we'd be in here for just a couple minutes. Before I knew it we're doing a pano x-ray. But that was not explained. A little picture is all the assistant said it was (panos can be really pricey if you've had one done within your insurances guidelines). I would have a least liked the heads up that we were taking a pano, why the doctored needed for the procedure, and if my insurance would cover it, etc (I understand they needed it, but a head ups for the patient is always nice). Luckily I have small amount of dental knowledge from a job in my college and high school years, but the average person my not have and knew what was going on with that respect. Then I agree to the procedure recommended for my issue and then some extra work. I asked the doctor a couple questions about the type of sedation that they use and got a very cold and condescending response from the provider. I asked I fair question, I wanted to know what medications they'd be using. It's my right as a patient to full understand what will be going on when I'm asleep and can no longer speak for myself. The doctor didn't answer my question about the medications right away it first he said something along the lines of (in a very condescending manner) ummm uhh why? Do you have experience with those types of drugs I said what my position (I'm not going to disclose my actual tittle but I work in a hospital setting and administer these medications on a daily basis) is and I got the "ah ok" response then and a verbal list of the medications used and nothing else. I then saw my job title written in the middle of my chart and it had been circled. If I wasn't for the amount of pain I was, I would have l left at the time and looked for a more respectful provider. Then I was told they were getting my room ready. A few minutes later I was being taken into the procedure room, there were at least 4-5 people in there all starting to do things to me. The only person that introduced themselves was the nurse who placed my IV and my previous assistant who put EKG patches on me ( both of them explained there roles and what they were doing). The other 3 people made no introduction of their name of position or need to be the the room (I usually roll my eyes at ADIET lectures but please tell me your name and why you're touching me at the least. But a the least please tell me your name and what you're doing, it calms the freaked out patient who is already apprehensive of the provider, a little bit) I was given no overview of what was going to happen/process. The doctor didn't even tell me when he began to give the sedation. He just said "weird to be on the other side of the table huh" I just felt small and it's all seemed so sterile and like I was a pawn piece they just kept moving around with no thought to what that INDIVIDUAL pawn piece was feeling the whole entire time. I woke up in the recovery room with of course not a clue how I got there and no real explanation from the staff orientating me back what was going on and the plan from there. I then waited a very long time and was told by the nurses several times that they'd just talk to the doctor and he'd be in to look at things and that HE said it'd be just a minute. it would be a much longer than a few minutesminute. I wasn't asking to speak with him but know they have to talk to you before you can go. My prescriptions were printed (no electric prescriptions) they also didn't call them in for me. I had to go and get them filled after my appointment and wait 30 minutes for them to be filled then there the 15 minutes it took to get to the pharmacy and all the time I had been sitting there waiting for the doctor. At the office it as pushing 1.5 after major oral surgery with no pain medications available. By the time I was waiting for my prescriptions I was not doing a very good at hiding my tears from the discomfort I was feeling. This appointment comes after a weekend of horrible jaw pain and worry. It was not a pleasant or comforting experience especially with it being all unplanned and not having anytime prepare (besides the recovery nurses, one did those nursing things that just make you feel better, pulled the covers up wiped my nose those little things). Maybe this office does a better job with established patients, but my whole experience left me feeling small. That's the best way I can describe it. The procedure went well though and I didn't feel anything, that part of their work is the easy part though.

Their billing department is a disaster. They made us pay $800 before the procedure even though insurance was paying 100%. It has now been 8 months and we are still waiting for our refund. Every time I call they say they are waiting on insurance. I have the invoice from insurance showing insurance paid 100% 8 months ago.

The doors weren't open on time. Staff just hanging out. I was greeted with" I need your card so I can run it" before even seeing a bill or a run down of it, and last but not least, an hour delay of getting the meds because after triple checking, they still managed to send the prescription to the entirely wrong pharmacy. On the flip side, wife liked the doctor. Overall - I'd go elsewhere.

Nothing but lying theives! Told my wife they would not do procedure unless full procedure was paid upfront. We have proof that every dime was paid through bank statements before procedure. Now these theives send a 2800 bill saying balance is 90 days late!! Funny how they wouldn't do procedure before being paid upfront yet say an additional 2800 is due!! Also sent no bills prior to this bill saying 90 past due!! Not another dime will be paid to these crooks and I will be getting a lawyer with the 2800!!

received great care. however, the billing department is really slacking. I Have been waiting on credit for 5 months now. I Continue to call and ask for updates about my money. Each and everytime we are waiting on something else, or I get a "I will call you back." I have gotten to the point where I just want my money. They told me to give it 45 more days & I should have it!!! No!! just called and they haven't even processed it!

They made us make a payment the day of the procedure and even though insurance paid and we didn't owe any thing, they have not and are still refusing to issue a refund to us and it's been more than two months since the procedure and 6 weeks since insurance paid.

It was a little pricey but i thought it was definitely worth it. I was having some discomfort and he answered my call right away I was very impressed I will definitely be coming back!
