I personally have always had great experiences here. The employees are very friendly and easy to work with. I had to schedule an appointment for my son to get his license. We arrived 15 minutes before the appointment time, walked up to our window, and was back in our car by the time his appointment was supposed to start.

The older gentleman who gives you your number after viewing your documents was a little brash perhaps he was hangry as it was almost the noon hour.Very minimal wait time here, not many know of this location. Moves much faster and smoother than waiting in the long lines at many of the other DMV locations within the metro. Brad whom helped me was very fast, professional and very courteous.They only take cash or credit, there is an ATM on site between the counters. The parking lot has many pot holes, watch when driving through.

For all of these reviews that say why aren't they open later, why do you have to make an appointment, counter 3 went to lunch. Well 8-4 is open, make time to get there, appointments have been a thing for 3 years, you're an idiot, also these folks get to eat. You make an appointment over lunch, you're waiting, simple fact that has been this way since early 1990's. You want to change it get a job and apply, instead of wasting their time.

What a horrific experience. Took my daughter after school to get an ID card for her part time job, got there 10 minutes before closing, waited a full 10 minutes before some lady straight out kicked everyone out - "Everybody out! We're closed!""But we were here before closing""Get out or we'll forcibly remove you!" with a portly gentlemen ready to dole out physical force. This is a whole new level of DMV service. Complaint to the state office to follow.Update: wrote a complaint letter, received a generic response. Utter incompetence.
