Unfortunately our experience was very disappointing at Nebraska Diamond. With all their advertising and visibility in the community and state, we truly thought it was a name we could trust. We had looked around and had an exact picture of the ring we wanted. We found one all but identical in their collection with the diamonds spaced how we wanted them. Amy wrote it all down, or so we thought, and we even took a picture to confirm this is the exact ring. She also said if you continue to look they will not only match but beat any other pricing. We then left and asked they call us the next day with their best price. Hoping they would call the next day, we waited several. We were then able negotiate over the phone and came to an agreement and even ran half the payment on our credit card. We stopped in to finalize the fitting and we're all but done and reconfirmed the diamonds since the ring we did the fitting with was not the ring we chose and took a picture of. They said there were no diamonds in this ring and that there was no record or conversation of diamonds. We were flabbergasted. We even re showed them the picture we took in their case at their studio and they denied it! We noticed there were cameras in the room to go back and look at the recording. This was denied as well. The new price was drastically higher. So luckily I had a picture and an advertised price of an identical ring, same size, same mm, same metal and they denied it was the same quality even though they had no confirmation that was a true statement. It is not about the money in our case, the most disappointing fact is they were careless with their notes, they were careless with calling us, and most importantly, they did not keep their word to honor pricing and a commitment they made. We run a business as well and own up to mistakes even if we have to lose money to do what is right for the customer and especially so when we make the error! Sadly this is not the case at Nebraska Diamond. We never write reviews as sometimes things happen in service, however we felt strongly about this circumstance and that we would do a disservice if we didn't say something to forewarn potential customers.

Amazing experience with picking out rings at Nebraska Diamond!!! And above and beyond sales service!!! I love how they show you the settings one box at a time and you pick your top and then narrow it down until you find "the one". It makes it so much less stressful than seeing a huge case full of rings!!! They were awesome at helping my husband find an indestructible band because he is military! And me a band that was simple and would not catch on medical gloves!! Also I love that you can customize by picking out your band, stone, and wedding band and none has to match. They also back up their products and have lifetime warranty!! Cleaning, repairs, soldering, etc. Their staff was amazing and if we get any anniversary bands we will be going back and I always recommend NE Diamond to all of my friends!! Best jewelry store experience ever with rings the only thing they do!!! And they are great at staying in your budget!!!

interesting location, you would never just come across it so good thing they have those radio ads. so you go in to the wells fargo building and go up to the 8th floor and look around and its all offices, like lawyers offices and stuff. take a right and then on a door on the right it says, nebarska diamond, showroom inside. we went in and there is no "show room", its more like a dentist office, they told us to sit down and a sales person would be right with us and they were. we went back to this super small little room that was so so warm. now about the diamonds. they asked what i was looking for, took a couple notes and came back with several small boxes. we went through each box and created a 'maybe' group. we looked through maybe 200 rings and narrowed it down to about 5, then 3, then one. the sales lady was knowledgeable and educated me- which i really appreciated. i did find a ring that i'll be getting from them and i'm really happy with it and it came in below budget.

I prefer a showroom to an office where you can look at only 12 rings at a time. If you want to have someone else find your ring for you, go here. If you like to look at rings on display then speak to someone when you want to see some, go anywhere else.

The man who helped us was named Alan and he was more concerned with telling us how much he sells and how better Nebraska Diamond is than all the other stores. He sounded like the commercial. It was so conceited. I wanted someone who was focused on US, not his own success. He tried to get us to buy that day when we said we were just looking. He talked too long and wouldn't take a hint! We were ready to leave and were running late. I hated the rings he brought out and the store set up was strange. I wanted a showroom, not an office. If you want a good personal experience, go visit Chandler at Riddles in gateway mall!! He is so nice and cares about what YOU want. Good deals and a family owned store. Nebraska Diamond is scum.

Don't be fooled. At first we had a wonderful experience with a salesman who is now no longer employed there. The minute we started having issues with the setting we selected, the first just a few months after purchase. The second, a few years after purchase we thought we would he genuine customer care for the life of the ring. We moved to Minnesota, and then down to Missouri always trying to get back to Nebraska to have their routine care for the ring. Once yet another stone fell out, manager Lindsey very condescendingly spoke to me on the phone. I bet several individuals give great reviews right out of the gate, and I would have to, but don't be fooled. Incredibly disappointed in the service I was provided, and the quality of my ring. Do. Not. Spend your hard earned money here.

It has been taking me awhile to write this in hopes that things will change. But it hasn't.NEBRASKA DIAMOND is a place I would NOT recommend to anyone! Now the service provided while we were there was great. After the fact, not so much..I had picked out a setting and a diamond on Saturday February 25th. I thought it was what I for sure wanted. So as a surprise my fiancé told me he couldn't get it because, he couldn't get approved for the loan. I was sad but knew I'd find another ring I would love that we could afford. So the next day Sunday February 26th, I went and looked at another ring store and found a ring I was even more in love with! I told my fiancé and he asked me "are you sure this is the ring aside from the cost?" I said "yes!!" He then began to tell me he put a $200 deposit down for the ring at NEBRASKA DIAMOND. I still said I loved the one at the other store more. So the next day Monday February 27th he called to explain and see if he could get a refund and if not then if he could put the money towards something else. And if that was not possible he said he would take his loss of the $200 to not pay off the rest so I could get the other ring I had absolutely fallen in love with. He had asked to speak to the sales person but the guy was not there so he then asked to speak to the manager who apparently wasn't there either.So the person he spoke to protested to say that the order was already sent and there was nothing we could do and that we are stuck paying off the rest of the ring... My fiancé then went in physically and talked to our sales guy. He said there was absolutely nothing he could do and said he could lower the monthly payment and when the ring is half way paid off he will let him know and they will start the shipping process. My fiancé explained that's not the problem and asked how he can't get out of the sale. I feel as if they only care about their commission and not helping or working with the customer with something that has changed.Now we are stuck paying for a ring that is still beautiful but not what my heart wants. And Now I am unable to have the other ring that I truly love..
