There appears to be a wide selection of dresses however it didn't feel very welcoming. I made an appointment and showed up on time. There was one employee there and she did not seem very welcoming. I've been to a few bridal shops now and the employees have made me feel welcomed and excited for this journey I'm on. I didn't get this here at all. I was pointed to two racks (plus size) i explained the style of dress I'm looking for and was told that it was out of style (what?) yet they had at least 2 racks of that same style. I was so confused. I was ultimately told that if I knew what dress I wanted, I should have the last shop I was at order it in my size. :( . I don't know that she meant to be cold and unwelcoming but i definitely felt like my business wasn't needed and will look elsewhere.

I've had a lovely experience here and a terrible one. I have helped brides as the maid of honor in both occasions and depending on budget decided how your experience goes. Our first budget was under 2,000 and we had lovely help from the young adults working there. They were very helpful and thrilled to be working there. I recently went with my petite friend who's budget was under 1,000 and we immediately were told we wouldn't find a dress here because of her budget and size. I took over helping because the middle aged woman working was incredibly insensitive and rude. She told us over and over we couldn't look at certain dresses because they were out of price range or way too big. I had to keep reminding my friend she is BEAUTIFUL! It was degrading how often the lady told us how hard it was to find a dress in her size. As I was helping my friend in the changing room, the employee would open the curtain to ask a question or say something. This was very uncomfortable as most of the time the bride was undressed and putting a dress on. Be sure to go here when the younger ladies are working because you will be degraded and treated poorly with the other lady.

After going to two other places, this was BY-FAR the best experience for wedding dress shopping - take it from a girl who REALLY doesn't like this kind of thing! The ladies at Nebraska Bridal were well informed, supremely helpful, and very amicable. They listened to my fears, and found dresses in my price budget (many under $1,000). They also had an impressive selection of dresses for a small town boutique. If you want a caring, stress-free shopping environment - go here!

This was my first stop with my sister who was looking for her wedding dress. Immediately, we felt a bit put-off when the store manager was told of our budget - we weren't spending big bucks and I could tell she wasn't too thrilled. For the beginning, she was helpful with sizing and finding some dresses, but after a while she very much lost interest and disappeared a couple times, leaving us to our own devices. The manager seemed to be upset, in a way, that my sister wasn't going to buy a dress right then and there. But this was her first stop! We still had two other appointments that day. We left and my sister had fallen in love with a dress, but after a better experience and better pricing with another shop, we took our business elsewhere. I recommend the management takes a step back and re-evaluates its attitude towards ALL brides if it wants more sales in the future. Extremely disappointed.

I was with my fiance when we went there and there are no gentlemen allowed inside the area where all the gowns are at. I was hoping my fiance could assist me with the fitting & help me choose one. Immediately upon entering I was asked what I was looking for and my budget was. I appreciate the directness on this part coz that helped in limiting my choices. It went downhill from here, i felt like the "tone" of the visit would depened on the price range your looking at. I told her, it was a small wedding so I just need a simple but dressy white dress that's nothing like a ball gown. So she showed me the racks and some dresses and I was left alone to lace myself and do the fitting since they wont let my fiance in, while they're busy with another bride, who must have a fatter budget than I do. I later on found out she doesnt even have a date set yet. I'm getting married next month! So I tried like 6 dresses, found what I wanted for $299 and left. I felt horrible with the whole experience. Everybody deserves to be treated nicely regarding hm their budget is. It should have been a nice & wonderful moment for any future bride to be. I guess it's really true, you get what you pay for. But $300 is a lot for something I'd wear for an hour or so. It's just so bad I won't recommend it to anyone with a $100-300 budget. You'll be snubbed or treated poorly.The lady offered to help me initially but afterI said no, she went to the group with the other bride with the entire entourage to help her. Approaching them seems like you are disturbing a tea party I didnt even bother. They should have atleast one salesperson for every bride there. I was just happy to get out of there.

Lots of bridal gowns at discounted prices. Some buy off the floor styles but also lots that can be ordered in.The try on rooms are small for wedding dresses but fine for bridesmaid dresses. Some bridesmaid dresses were available as well.The sales lady was very friendly and was willing to help as needed. No sales pressure. You browse and pull your own dresses.There was a wide range of sizes to try on from small to plus sizes. Worth the drive if your wedding dress budget is under $1000.Jewelry is also sold here.We did not purchase here so can't review for purchase but our shopping experience was fun.

We went to start the wedding dress shopping for one of my very good friends! The lady helping us was so rude and had a lot of attitude. She would roll her eyes and say things under her breath. At one point she said to the bride "oh yay another one you don't like". Horrible horrible experience to start out. Do not recommend to any bride who wants to have a fun experience. She also cut the appointment short by 30 minutes and said there was just no more time and we were all very confused so we just left.

They completely ruined my experience and the only reason I bought the dress was because it was perfect on me. However I would not recommend this place to absolutely anyone. The first time I went to try on dresses the staff was not welcoming at all. The staff in front of my face went back and forth on who wanted to help me because they don't like doing "basic dresses." I had found one I really liked so I decided to come back with my bridesmaids. When I got there they did not help me put on the dress and I had to get my mom to help me. Then once I said I wanted to purchase they tried to convince me to get the store model. I explained to them it didn't fit well and they argued with me about it! Then here is the cherry on top of the cake. When I went to get my dress they had the wrong one. Then proceeded to take 30 minutes to find mine. Also FYI if you ask the staff members if the credit goes towards the dress and they say yes. Don't believe them because they are lying. Found that one out the hard way. I got my dress and it looks very pretty on me. However my bridal experience was completely ruined. I would never recommend coming to this store. You can get a pretty dress anywhere and I unfortunately found mine here.

Don't recommend coming here. Don't waste your time or your gas. My Bridesmaids dress is about 3 times to big. (they measured me wrong). It's going to take me alteration lady about 6-8 hours to fix the dress. pretty pricey to fix as well. I called to complain and Dawn was very rude to me on the phone. Stating it was the designers error even though they didn't measure me appropriately. "Told me the dresses run small I should go up in a size." Dawn refused to make thinks right and pretty much said I was laying. NOTE to self I will never be going back nor will ever recommend them. As a paying customer I should never be treated like this. No ones did she say sorry. She should not be managing a business like this. Making rude comments as well. Honestly worst experience of my life. I would never recommend this place to another soul.

When we entered the store we were asked our budget and I think that was the end of the helpfulness. There was a second bride in the store and every person on staff was helping her. Not one person even looked at my granddaughter when she came out of the fitting room. One person would put clips on the dresses if we ASKED. Mostly her other grandmother helped her dress and the rest of us in the party gave suggestions of how altering could be used to make what she wanted. It was her first experience with trying on wedding dresses and left her feeling very ignored. The person who asked our budget never spoke to us again and left for lunch! Guess the other bride had a bigger budget. ours was $1000. We left and called David's bridal. They got us right in and treated her like the beautiful bride she will be. She spent the $1000 there.
