They continually hire people, make them think they have a job, then a short time in, they fire them. Absolutely disgusting! They fired my friend for "performance" when they ask for them to pick 160 books per HOUR. Unbelievable!

Do not rent books from this place. They are robbing students with fees without even making contact with them. This company is awful.

They claimed to buy used college books. I created a ticket with an estimate of book value, they sent me a prepaid label, I have USPS receipt of delivery to them on 1/31/23 but have never received any payment for my books. They estimated them to be over $60 in value. I had been communicating with Nickole Thompson until after the books were delivered to them. Now her email address comes back as undeliverable, all phone numbers are disconnected or a voice message. This company is a fraud and stole my materials. Wish I had read the reviews before I trusted them. I will be filing a BBB report!

Had to sell back my book through Nebraska Book Company because our school bookstore was closed. Sold back a $60 book and have never seen the money for it. Contacted them twice and both times they stop communication and don't answer me about what happened to my book or my money! Don't use!

Nebraska Book Company has amazing service. Their representatives went above and beyond when I lost my textbook. Thank you for being so understanding and working on a solution to help.
