Don't use this service. I had an emergency and I wasn't able to be home, and now they won't reschedule me for over a month. The emergency was surgery and I'm a senior citizen, and first they didn't even tell me that they re-scheduled, so I called. And then the individual was so rude on the phone to me. No customer service. Disrespectful of their customers. It's ridiculous. Go to someone who appreciates the business. That is not Nature's Helper.

Since moving to a house with an underground sprinkler system, I've been using Nature's Helper to winterize it in the late fall and and to start it up in the spring. They're always courteous, professional, and prompt. They remind me when it's time to have them serviced and let me know when they will be in the neighborhood working on others nearby. I recommend Nature's Helper for your sprinkler needs.

Howard came out and met with us to design a sprinkler system around current landscape. He had no issues knowing which heads would work best in which areas. The crew was super fast and worked really hard, even their water breaks were fast. Snow company diced several heads off one winter and Natures Helper came out in spring and fixed the heads no charge and left us an extra head encase they did it again. We use them to winterize the system each year. Thanks Natures Helper.

I've only had some minor work on my irrigation system performed by Nature's Helper (so far), but I am impressed by their high level of customer service. Lance, one of their technicians, is very professional and friendly. He made quick work out of replacing some leaking valves. When the time comes to upgrade our sprinkler heads and to address issues with some of the zones on my system, I will definitely be giving Nature's Helper a call.

Natures helpers installed the sprinklers on my yard and they did an awesome job. I tried calling all other companies in Omaha area and most of them were either too expensive or just unresponsive to the calls. Natures helper was available whenever I needed and their pricing was very competitive. I would recommend them. Very professional and friendly.

My customer service experience recently with Nature's Helper was poor. While the company seems competent and established, I feel their administrative staff charged me unnecessarily and didn't respond to my requests for information on the charges.I called with a broken sprinkler pipe where the water comes out of my house due to a freeze in the winter. I explained where in the line the break was, that was right where it came out of the house and before the bell shaped housing that lead to the rest of the irrigation system. They scheduled an appointment. The worker came out. He was very friendly and courteous. In about five seconds he determined they couldn't help me with the problem and that I would need a plumber. Needless to say I was disappointed at wasting leave time from work when I had clearly explained to the person making appointments where the problem was and this shouldn't have been an issue. While he was there he provide a free estimate on adding a zone to my sprinklers which took about 5 minutes. To my surprise I received a bill for a full service call which was about $75. I called in to find out why I was charged when he couldn't even provide me service. I explained I had told them where the problem was well before he came out, he came out, and then determined in a few seconds he couldn't help. On the estimate she agreed they didn't charge for estimates. So it was all about the "service" call. She said she would talk to management and take care of it.Almost a month passed and no one called me back, I got another bill but now with a late charge attached. I called back in and explained the situation again and my previous interaction. Again I was told they would talk to management and take care of it. I got no response in a week or two so I called yet again. This time I was told they had to charge me just for his visiting. I explained again I had made clear the issue before he came out and then he had promptly declared he couldn't do anything. To placate me she offered half cost of $35. I agreed just to get the problem off my back. An adjusted bill finally came. It was followed closely by a $50 bill that included late charges and an assertion it would be sent to collections. I've sent in my payment to get this monkey off my back but I do not recommend working with Nature's Helper. I'm sure their field techs know their stuff, but I have zero confidence in there management who I feel exhibited poor customer service and then sought to charge me unreasonably for no service provided and then threaten me for lateness which was all caused by their lack of responsiveness to calls; all of which I had to be the initiator on.Barring resolution on their part to erase this matter and refund my money, I can't recommend using their services.

Sadly I missed an appt. due to being in the ER and then having Emergency Heart Surgery that day. Several weeks later I apologized and asked if they could wave the $30 missed appt fee, knowing I still needed a lot of work done. I even said I could provide documentation if needed to verify my story. Apparently the $30 was more important than the $ thousands I would have spent with their company. Obviously, not a company in which I wish to do business. They'll get their $30 but now I feel compelled to let everyone know about their poor customer service and mgt. I'll never understand small businesses that do stupid stuff like this.

The tech came out to start up my system, changed a head and now I have water leaking. I notified them of the problem on Thursday and they can't send out a tech until 4 days later (Monday). Doesn't matter if I'm not home or not, that is the earliest, in the mean time I have running water. I said pay your tech overtime to come fix the problem and they were not willing to do that. I have shut off the water to my system since they can't come out until next week and I don't want to pay for the water running. I had this company put in my original system at my last house and they were great, never had a problem with their work. But if you have a problem be ready to be put on the back burner.

I've used NH for lawn treatments and sprinkler service. One year they came and thoroughly cleaned the valves instead of replacing them - I don't think that had ever been done in 18 years - which resolved several issues. Thanks to city work and hardscape replacement, our technician had to fix a bunch of other companies' damage, but knew what to do. The lawn treatments have our lawn looking great, and even got rid of the little trees that want to grow in the grass. Very professional, with great advice. I appreciate their competitive pricing and bundle deals. Office staff very helpful and friendly.

Work was okay but it took multiple trips to the house to run a proper pressure test and eventually replace two sprinkler heads. First guy I had to show the broken head because he could not find it. And he didn't even complete the test. Last guy was good but they charged me for the time on property again even though they fouled it up. When I asked about labor they essentially said yep, we are charging you. Good bye.Update: they refunded the labor fee after my wife went to the office to discuss.
