Arrived feeling chaotic and out of control, left feeling relieved and lighter. I'm in Omaha for work and woke up this morning feeling stressed and overwhelmed. I looked at a few yoga classes around my hotel and landed on "community acupuncture" as my self care of choice today. This was my first acupuncture experience and I enjoyed it. I ended up being the only person for community acupuncture but I think with other people, it still would have been a great introduction. Janice took amazing care of me (she mentioned the new moon which was something I was thinking about). She took great care of me and I truly enjoyed this experience of reflecting and some release (i shed a few tears during the "session")I came feeling chaotic and worried, I left feeling more centered and cared for. If youre new to acupuncture, I would recommend Janice and the community acupuncture. It's all going to be okay. Now put some needles in my ears.

I had never done aerial yoga before and this was the perfect way to jump in! The studio is clean and bright (floor to ceiling windows!) and the teacher (Jennifer) was really helpful and instructive. I'm not the kind of person who can do headstands in a regular yoga class but she had both my friend and I doing full inversions by the end of the class. Shavasana is next level peaceful when you are hanging in a cocoon of fabric. If you've never done it, don't be afraid to try it out!

Natural Therapy offers a lot of services, but this review is for their yoga classes only!Okay to start off... What a fun studio! I purchased a Groupon a while back for 4 yoga classes at this studio. I belong to another studio here in Omaha, but what attracted me was the aerial yoga classes they offered. I've done aerial yoga before, but never in Omaha and I was excited to see it offered here! The space is super clean and serene feeling. You feel like you're in a meditation area, as opposed to a gym, which I love. Big glass windows adorn one wall, so when you practice, you're staring out downtown. Exposed brick walls give the space a modern, yet cozy feeling. The studio itself a pretty small space -- for aerial yoga, only four people can sign up per class. I really liked this though ... it created an environment where we were all encouraging one another and laughing as we moved through poses. Aerial yoga can be challenging, and so having fun with it is important! Karen is the instructor for aerial yoga and she is great. Her voice is super calm and relaxing, and she's really great at helping you through the poses, regardless of how well you can do each one. I leave every class energized, but also sore... it's definitely a workout for your upper body!!There's free parking, which is awesome -- especially downtown. After class, I usually pop over to the new cute coffee shop next door for a coffee or a quick bite to eat. It's all connected, and feels very welcoming. Natural Therapy also offers a lot of other services besides yoga, and after visiting the studio and interacting with the employees, I'd be interested to see what else they do!The only con I have is that for aerial classes, you have to call in advance to sign up. I wish you could do this online, because I've spent a lot of time, calling and calling and calling when no one answers. I've had to leave voicemails (that don't always get returned), and sometimes it becomes a hassle to sign up for class. Other than that though... definitely check this place out!

If you would have asked me two weeks ago I would have been giving 4 or 5 stars. Being that I went here because I had health concerns among others primarily lymphedema. The therapist has been off the chart positive on assisting me. I hope that I did NOT cause her distress.I was banished from this institution because of some "bathroom" issues. I had been going there a while there are 4 UNISEX bathrooms but I am told that my issues cause them to close a bathroom and therefore I cannot receive therapeutic service. This was NOT previously discussed I was just banished kind of like lights on lights off NO DISCUSSION . 1) I have come so that I am on time for an appointment and the doors were closed/locked - SO due to the distance I traveled probably 10 - 12 miles at least I may have need of a bathroom as soon as I arrive. 2) some of your patients will have various issues we are in need of help. I am sorry that I am not perfect health-wise. 3) Hoping that whomever was the decision maker in this case never has HEALTH issues never has close relatives that have health issues as you may DEVELOP more empathy and a HEART. 4) One of the people I have scrambled for getting treatment as this is a CHRONIC condition said that you may have done me a favor to focus on getting someone closer and who has more feeling for people. 5) did not realize that I was the ONLY person that was less than perfect. SO SORRY.PS Very important - gave this 2 stars only because of the therapist being more than a 5 plus. Your treatment of me over this incident can be eventually brushed off my shoulders but I have so give your office management failure on patient empathy.
