Such a great experience. I took my mom and there was no wait for both of us. They keep the place clean and all the nail techs were pleasant, thorough and know what they're doing. The massage and hot towels were the perfect ending to a good pedicure and this was all included in the "classic" for $20 each!

I've never had a bad experience here and they're extremely welcoming and patient when my 4 year old comes to get her nails done as well - she loves the butterfly kids chairs that they have. They have a great color selection for both "normal" polish as well as dip powders. I just got a pedicure done at a different salon and I'm regretting it as it doesn't look near as good as it does when I go to Nail Design.

I love this place they always ask me where my mom and my friend that use to come with me all the time! They are very quick to polish up my nails when I am on a time crunch and always welcomes me with a smile! And I can't help but watch tv to make it even more relaxing!!

I've been to a LOT of inexpensive, Vietnamese-owned nail salons in Lincoln. This is the very first place I ever got my nails done (for high school prom!). It seems to be very popular. Because it's nearby, this is my "back-up" salon when I can't get to my regular place....and can't figure out why I keep going back. There are a lot of things they do right: no 80s-looking pop art decals on the windows, no posters of disembodied hands posing with a crystal ball, ice cream cone, or rose; and no sports on the TV when I last visited. The décor is nicer than many comparable salons. So are the massage chairs. However, I always feel like I'm an inconvenience to the staff. No one greets you at the door; instead you get someone shouting at you from a station as they file another client's nails. (To be fair, most places do this & I hate it.) I then waited in an empty massage chair for about 20-30 minutes before I was helped. The pedicure was good, but I feel like I get more for my money at my regular place (longer massage, more treatments). Note: I consider myself a "good" client. I routinely tip well, and I think I'm polite/patient with the staff. My worst visit there: the woman who was scrubbing my feet slipped and cut my leg with the stone, burned me with the hot towels, and then flat-out *asked* me for a tip. This time, my pedicure was much better. But...they vacuumed around my feet as I sat at the dryer. I took the hint and left soon. And again, they stood over me and watched like a hawk as I wrote in a tip. Am I being sensitive, or is that rude?

Best pedicure I've ever had. Haven't been as relaxed in any I've received in CA, AZ and CO. When I go to other places it makes me miss their pedicure. Get the one with bamboo massage! Cost for what you get is unbeatable.

For my first time here I got to be honest the services was surprisingly good. At first when I walked in I wasn't expecting much but boy the techs here know how to provided some good services. So, I got a classic manicure and the nail tech working on me did an amazing job. Trimmed my nails nicely, shaped my nails perfectly and the massage she gave me was just amazing. It was probably one of my favorite part of getting my classic manicure. By the time she was finish, my nails were just stunning! I'll definitely be coming back here again.

I came in with a friend and two people were helped ahead of me. I mentioned this but was ignored. My friend was helped right away. I waited 20 minutes for a pedicure. My pedicure was rushed. It was 15 minutes shorter than the price list stated. I asked my calluses be filed down on the side of my big toes and they were not really filed down and very uneven (I paid for this). In addition the skin on the side of my right big toe was clipped too close. I had pulled my foot back because it hurt. She took my foot back and continued to clip. It bled. It is still sore. My toenails were cut evenly. I am never going back.

The full set I had turned out great and looked really good. The price at this nail salon was outrageous for anything other than a full set. I am used to getting a pink and white fill for 30.00 and this place was going to charge me 40.00 for a single color. I also looked into doing a precolored tip and that was 38.00. I felt their price was very high. The lady was very rushed however, I was the second customer of the day. The also do not offer free designs. Not sure I would go back. The salon was at the location I was currently in so it was convenient.
