I never write reviews, but this time I had to. I live in Arizona and have had 3 negative experiences with this business. My mom passed away 5 years ago. I was in town visiting my dad and came into this shop to order flowers for my mom's gravesite. The order was made and charged to my bank account. I kept checking with my dad regarding the arrangement. It took THREE months for the flowers to get to the cemetery. Twice I have been in town and stopped up to get more flowers for other things and the door is locked, although it is during their "business hours". I grew up in this town, I understand the small town way of life. I believe in keeping small businesses going, however, it's hard to support them if you can't get in to purchase from them. Unfortunately, I will start giving my business to Creston.
