Mulhall's

We are new to the Omaha area and just bought our first home! We wanted to check out some plants for our barren yard (and hopefully create some shade), so a quick Yelp search and some recommendations from locals sent us to Mulhall's.I think this might be the Disneyland of plants. They have the BIGGEST selection of indoor and outdoor plants I have ever seen. I'm an avid collector of house plants and was pleasantly surprised by their selection of rarer house plants like Thai Constellation monsteras, monstera aurea, albo syngoniums, and even a variegated peru! Really gorgeous house plants. However, the pricing on some of these seemed incredibly high to me (the m. aurea was just shy of $580.00, and I've seen them for almost half that price at other stores), so I've taken off a star for just that.On to the trees! Wow! What a selection!!! I loved the informative plaques around the tree section showing how much space everything would need and other care tips for each species. All the trees looked healthy! We were able to take some reference pictures to bring home and do some yard measuring to see what would work for us and our space/light exposure.I'm happy to come back and excited to make our yard come to life with Mulhall's help!

This place is a plant lover's paradise!! Their inventory is insane! They carry so many cool and unique houseplants + outdoor plants, herbs & vegetables, flowers, etc. You name it - they probably have it! The space is really big with multiple greenhouses, indoor & outdoor spaces, and even a home decor section. I could honestly spend a few hours just browsing here so make sure you give yourself plenty of time to visit.

Need a houseplant? How about a tomato plant? Japanese Maple tree? A succulent? House fern? Variegated Monstera? Whatever you need, I'd bet Mulhalls has what you're looking for. This place is HUGE. I mean indoor, outdoor, multiple greenhouses filled with even more plants and trees...you could seriously spend half a day here just browsing, and I recommend you do.Mulhall's is beautiful, and it almost feels like a getaway to a park or arboretum, except you can take it home with you! Go here for your planting needs, a relaxing getaway, or for advice or planting ideas! Seriously, you won't regret it.The staff is friendly and helpful and will direct you in whatever you to exactly what you're looking for. Mulhall's has been in this business for a long time and they know their stuff!

I can only speak to their retail side and not their custom landscaping department.They have SO MUCH inventory, it's crazy. (At least when I went there a few months ago.) They had everything that you can think of for this region. From fruit trees/plants to veggies to decorative plants.Even though it was super busy, checking out was pretty quick. And you can see employees everywhere if you need help.I just wish they were closer to Council Bluffs, where I live. But it probably is a good thing that they aren't, as my wallet would be in bad shape. :)

They best and biggest plant shop I've ever been too. There are so many choices of plants. I will go here again!

So many plants!!! Great quality. Lots of pots and decor. Could spend hours looking around.

Omaha's premiere phootshoot- whoops plant nursery- location. Besides selling regular garden gear and indoor plants, they've constructed their very large space into the phootshoot backdrop of your dreams. It's as much of a shoot location as a place to actually purchase plants or outdoor furniture. They have a lot of options for plants, however- and quite a bit of variety when it comes to varieties and species- indoor-outdoor- and succulents. Beautiful to walk around, and while the prices here exceed a Lowe's or Home Depot nursery, there are also a lot of niche items that you cannot find in a more corporate setting.

Our acreage was impacted by the tornado last week. Mulhalls has been an integral part of our recovery. They volunteered equipment and labor to clean up trees and debris, not only on our property but in our neighborhood as a whole. They are a class act. We will never forget the support Mulhalls has given our community.

Great Earth Day program. Good variety of plants to choose from. Service check out was a good experience. Taya was awesome.
