This review is with respect to the State Capitol location. The only redeeming quality of the food is that it was hot. Also, not too expensive.I had the pulled pork sandwich. It was flavorless. Same for the cheesy potatoes.This location has a food monopoly in the State Capitol but very few people at lunch time. Mr. Market has spoken. I won't be back.I also had to be subjected to some lunatic watching a sitcom on his phone. It was loud. What is wrong with people these days?

I'm not a BBQ connoisseuse but this place came highly recommended. Located in a strip mall, it's in the same place where the Meat & Beer supermarket is. Tried the pork ribs and for $14 you get six ribs, two sides and Texas toast. Everything was amazing. Got the red slaw, which was like a pickled cold slaw and cornbread stuffing. Omg. The meat came off the bones and flavoring was on spot. Highly recommend!

This place is a hidden little gem! The staff is over the top friendly and have incredible service! We got a half rack rib special for Saturday 17$ and 2 meat plate with brisket and andouille spicy sausage! Meat was soo tender from ribs, brisket, and sausage was perfect! The sides we got was corn casserole, cheesy potatoes, baked beans and potato salad and let me tell you; all were delicious and well thought out, most bbq places don't have very good sides bc it's not the star of the show so I was thoroughly impressed! Their Texas toast looks plain and boring but I had a bite and was blown away, I usually skip the bread so I don't feel heavy but this was just PERFECT! To top it all of they have 3 diff bbq sauces; spicy, sweet, and mustard! SO GOOD!

This place looks unassuming like a chain but the food was outstanding! I came in wanting a two meat combo and with a suggestion to get the days special along with a side of meat. Noah the shift lead suggested the brisket burnt ends and two ribs for only $5. Noah is a cool dude who knows how to manage, Thanx!I highly recommend this place.

Great food at a reasonable price. One of those secrets in town where the word seems to be getting out. Lunch lines are getting longer but the food is worth the wait. Friendly counter help too.

Very authentic and delicious. We had the pulled pork sandwich, not real fatty, and comes with "not your usual" sides. Will be back.

Hwy 2 location- the pop was warm and lacked carbonation, staff was informed and it wasn't fixed. The Mac n cheese was barely room temperature and dried out. The meat was barely warm and we were shorted a meal. Will not be returning.

We came in from out of town and was looking for a great place to eat. Mulberry BBQ is a small order at the counter restaurant. The store staff was friendly and the BBQ was so good. We had a brisket sandwich and the Triple Barrel sandwich. Amazing is all we can say. The sides of Mac n cheese and potato salad topped off the meal. Really enjoyed the sweet bbq sauce as well. I hear they do catering as well. Highly recommend this location.

Went toward closing time and they still had everything. Food was good. Add it to your Lincoln restaurant list!
