A small town ice cream shop!! Can't go into Louisville or go out camping without stopping in. The twist cone is where it's at but their malts, and dishes are just as good. There's always been a line when we go but they got us through and with our sweet treats in no time at all. Especially loved that this establishment is combat veteran owned. While you can't go indoors because it's a hut you can walk around the back to a pretty deck to enjoy your treat. Definite must go!

Love this small-town ice cream shop with all the throw back feels. A variety of yummy treats, sandwiches and more. Located on Main Street in Louisville, NE.

Mrs. T's is hands down, the best place in Louisville to stop for ice cream. Yes, you do have blue bunny, blue ribbon, etc. but you have ice cream you can get nowhere else in the world. Can't wait to work there next year! 6/5

This pace a good selection of ice cream treats, including regular soft serve cones, banana splits, and even "blizzard" types options with a good selection of mix ins. Their french fries are some of the best I've had anywhere (and I've had a lot of fries). I also tried their chili cheese dog which was covered in lots of chili and gooey cheese and was pretty good. You can't beat the prices!

First let's start with some of the previously made comments. Yes, the prices may have gone up. Kind of like gas, eggs, etc. Also, since Mrs T passed the new owners have invested in tremendous upgrades. So let it go. The prices are still very reasonable. Give credit as well for the Mrs T's Scholarship fund that the new owners established. As for the person who complained about food poisoning - it is unfortunate. Comments have been made about the age of the people working - this is a great opportunity for the teens of this area and is also part of the charm. Every time I go they are friendly and accommodating. Well mannered. This is part of the charm of our little town of Louisville. And they are also sophisticated enough to have Béarnaise sauce. Can you say awesome!I have had their hamburgers several times. And each time I reflect - these are pretty darn good. Not a huge fan of their fries. But I am a fan of the TRUE double fried fries. They are no worse than In-and-Out, Whataburger, Burger King, etc. So yeah, try Mrs. T's. Love the small town. Know that two big dates in Louisville are the day Mrs T's open in the spring and the day it closes in the fall. Mrs. T's you are special.

The food is horrible, eat from a gas station instead. The ice cream seems to have gave me some sort of food born illness. The owner is brain dead and the "staff" are 15 year old kids who don't wear gloves. DO NOT GO TO THIS SH*T HOLE!!!!
