3 years later and my back window (only) is bubbling like a motha. I am now putting their "lifetime warranty" to the test. I will update after I call to get it inspected (and hopefully replaced!!!)***After a quick call to the business, the owner Danny he fit me in the same day, and the process took a few hours to replace my tint. All in all, I have to say great customer service. The tint looks great! He said the year I got tinted there was some problems with the product, so I hope this will hold up longer.** Also, I did save my warranty paperwork and receipt so that helped expedite things quickly.**Despite other questionable things I wrote from the last visits, I really have to say I received top notch service today and also in a very timely fashion. I would recommend them to you all.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Back in 2013 I brought my 2013 vw Jetta to get the Windows tinted. It is now 2016 and the tint is basically non-existent. Although they give it a "Lifetime Warranty," it is a joke. They will find any excuse to blame you for the problems that occur. When I went in I spoke to Louis (an extremely rude receptionist) that told me he would strip the previously installed tint and barge me the full amount to get the tint installed again. If you enjoy replacing your tint every 2 or so years this is the best option for you. If you are looking for a friendly services staff along with quality tint, I would avoid this place like its the plague.

I got my windows tinted here in my vehicle. Great job. Fast and friendly. I highly recommend! Very reasonable. I've had my widows tinted many times and these guys are right up there. Awesome job.

Worst service ever! Do not recommend this place. The staff is rude and the quality of tint they are using is horrible and fades ridiculously fast. Spend a little extra money to get quality. Can't stress it enough do not use these people!

I had a company car that Mr. Tintz installed tint on. They are refusing to honor their warranty. I have a car that has the rear tint come loose from the glass. The person that answered to phone asked me what I used to clean the car's windows, it is not my car but used the generic term of Windex. He said my warranty is voided. I was NOT told to not use Windex to clean the windows when I picked up the employee's car for him. I have had several cars tinted here, not any more. I tried to ask more questions and the person on the phone kept talking over me, which frustrated me since I could not ask a question on whether they would partially honor the warranty. No chance to talk so I hung up. DO NOT USE THEM.

This was the worst experience we where told it would take a hour and a half we sat here for 3 hours. Terrible customer service. And told we may seem have bubbles on back window. The guy behind the counter wanted to argue that I was ten minutes late for my appointment and that caused it to take a extra hour and a half besides the technician messing up the first time and crinkling it. In the meantime waiting their was another customer that the guy charged double and argued with her that no he didn't but she had it showing 2 completed transactions. All in all terrible service and very unprofessional. You should hire someone with better customer service then what you have especially if this is the front end of your business.

Very rude staff yelling at me because I had to wait while they fixed the tint that they screwed up. Damaged my back window trying to remove the old tint and then showed me and told me it was already there and a manufacturer defect. I reminded them that they looked at the windows with me before they started and asked if they seen scratches and said no but, still insisted that they was there already (car had under 200 miles when the did the initial work). I showed him a picture from the last time they tinted it without the scratches he said you wouldn't be able to see them yet I can now take a picture and clearly see them. Scratches are extremely visible with the tint 100% they was not there. They got ammonia from removing the tint all over the deck lid under the glass now my car stinks. I'm not talking a little I'm talking saturated. They took it upon themselves to do a cut out around the third brake light this time because "there was to much debris in the brake light from removing the tint so it was sticking to the tint". When asked why they didn't clean it out there response was the last one they took out broke and they had to pay for it. So now it's my responsibility to take it out and clean their mess. Why not blow it out with air? You have compressors I saw them when the angry woman slammed the door behind me when you guys was showing me the scratches you guys put in the back window. It's not rocket science. I worry my defroster is not going to work I asked for my money back so I could go somewhere else and get them redone as I do not want the pocket cut out it looks ridiculous. He told me he wouldn't give me all my money back but started yelling and cursing that he would give me $60 of his own fucking money and pulled out his wallet. He told me I'm being unreasonable. Staff yelling at me because of their mistakes, scratches my back window, soaks my deck lid in ammonia, my car now stinks, I have a cut out that I didnt want, I have to remove the deck lid now to clean their mess, due to the scratches my defrost may not work, you will always be able to see the scratches, and there is crap between the glass and the tint on the back window. But I'm unreasonable for wanting my money back. I ask to be put in contact with the owner and I'm told he is in the hospital with cancer. I hope this is not true but if he is lying about that what a crappy thing to lie about. I question it because another employee asked me outside if I was ok that he could tell I was mad. I said yeah I'm mad they scratched my window and are trying to pass blame and asked him who the owner was. He said that the owner wasn't there but he would see what was going on and call the owner for me because he knew him. I didn't see him again. So in summary if you want to be treated like shit, get your car damaged, and told to pound sand this is the place for you. If not then go somewhere else.

Great quality work BUT unprofessional people. My husband got asked to tip a woman that did his tint... when the bill was over $150.. Sorry, but that is rude and if you have employees asking for tips- PAY them better instead of bombarding a customer. We will not be back.
